工况数据通用协议字典的研究与应用

【摘要】:随着全球制造业向中国的飞速转移,如美国、日本等国家的个人电脑,电子产品的生产工厂已经转移到中国港台和内陆地区中国正逐渐在成为世界的制造中心。各行业遭受前所未有的冲击,在制造业行业中更是如此,正面临的竞争越来越国际化,,更加残酷。许多公司落后的制造产业在这场竞争中被淘汰了,所以整个制造业非常需要不断提升生产效率、自己的产能和技术水平。在生产力提高的过程中,制造业在产品设计、产品制造和企业管理等方面得到制造业相关软件的极大的帮助。中国的制造业需要深切了解中国制造业流程、紧跟中国制造业市场、提高产品的竞争力,完善售后服务功能。 随着现代制造服务业和软件业的高速发展,通过无线/有线网络采集大量设备的实时运行状态参数,分析状态变化趋势,发现故障预测规律,提高运维服务管理水平是服务型制造的核心技术。许多产品公司需要采集正在投入使用的产品的工作状态、工作位置等数据,依据这些数据可以实时的监测运行状态参数,预测可能发生的产品故障或被偷盗的行为,充分保护消费者的利益。在工程机械领域,现场设备的系统控制相对封闭,当发生设备停机或设备故障时,这些故障信息很难在第一时间内传送至控制中心。因此,需要采用远程监控的方式对设备的运行状态进行实时的监测。对于危险作业和极端恶劣环境,这种需求就变得尤为突出。 在这样的情况下,本文通过提出一种多层次的工况数据通用数据协议字典,可以使开发者只关注于业务部分,缩短了新系统开发的时间,而且本通用协议中多层次的设计,也加大了协议的更大灵活性和更广的适用性。本文还提出了通用协议的解析和存储机制,对依据通用协议封装的工况数据,进行解析和存储。
[Abstract]:With the rapid shift of global manufacturing to China, personal computers in countries such as the United States and Japan, electronics manufacturing plants have moved to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and inland China is gradually becoming the world's manufacturing center. Industries have suffered unprecedented shocks, especially in the manufacturing sector, facing a more international and more brutal competition. Many companies' backward manufacturing industries have been eliminated in this competition, so the entire manufacturing industry needs to continuously improve its productivity, production capacity and technological level. In the process of productivity improvement, manufacturing industry is greatly assisted by manufacturing software in product design, product manufacturing and enterprise management. China's manufacturing industry needs to understand the Chinese manufacturing process, closely follow the Chinese manufacturing market, improve the competitiveness of products, improve the after-sales service function. With the rapid development of modern manufacturing service industry and software industry, the real-time running state parameters of a large number of equipments are collected through wireless / wired network, the trend of state change is analyzed, and the rule of fault prediction is found. Improving the management level of operation and maintenance service is the core technology of service manufacturing. Many product companies need to collect data on the working status and location of the products in use, which can be used to monitor operating state parameters in real time and predict possible product failures or stolen behavior. Fully protect the interests of consumers. In the field of construction machinery, the system control of field equipment is relatively closed. When the equipment stops or fails, it is difficult to transmit the fault information to the control center in the first time. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the running state of the equipment in real time by remote monitoring. For hazardous operations and extremely harsh conditions, this demand becomes particularly prominent. In such a case, this paper puts forward a kind of multi-level general data protocol dictionary of working condition data, which can make the developer only pay attention to the business part, shorten the development time of the new system, and design the multi-level in this general protocol. It also increases the flexibility and applicability of the agreement. This paper also puts forward the mechanism of parsing and storing the general protocol, and parses and stores the working condition data which is encapsulated according to the general protocol.
