【摘要】：随着全球范围内面向个人用户的高速无线广域网技术的不断发展和便携式移动终端技术的迅猛更新，一种新的学习方式——移动学习（M—Learning）逐渐兴起，使得人们可以方便、快捷地在任何时间或任何地点获取信息、进行学习。而在我国，随着对外经济文化交流的不断扩展和深入，国内的涉外餐饮业也在不断壮大，从而为众多来访的外国友人提供国际化、高质量的餐饮服务，于是，服务用英语就自然成为了服务人员与贵宾进行交流的重要媒介。但就目前来看，我国涉外餐饮业服务人员的英语水平并不能很好地满足业务需要，甚至一些服务人员的英语水平几乎为零。为提高涉外餐饮服务人员的英语交流能力，并能够满足在工作中随时随地查阅和学习的需要，设计并开发功能丰富而强大的移动学习资源，并加以推广和应用，，就成为培养优秀涉外餐饮服务人员的一条重要途径。本研究即从这样的背景出发，对面向这类特定学习者的移动学习网站的设计与开发做了尝试。本文首先基于移动学习研究与应用的背景，确定了研究的目标和主要内容，规划并设计了研究思路；其次在对移动学习网站的相关概念以及基本理论进行剖析和总结的基础上，针对餐厅服务员的业务与心理特征、学习的目标与内容、学习的策略与过程进行了分析与设计；第三，在教学分析与设计的基础上，对网站的体系结构、功能框架、模块组成、应用的模式与流程进行了系统分析与设计，并基于新一代超文本标记语言HTML5，结合Apache、PHP、MySQL等服务器产品和开发技术对本网站进行开发，探讨了开发的技术路线，展示开发的关键技术、技巧以及过程，最终生成一款功能较为完善的涉外餐饮服务用英语移动学习网站；最后，针对所开发的移动学习网站在移动设备上进行测试与调试，排除技术与功能方面的缺陷，使得餐厅服务人员能够通过本移动网站的应用，随时随地获取学习支持，短时间内提高英语水平，以便和外国宾客流利沟通，达到所期待的学习效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of high-speed wireless wide area network (WAN) technology and the rapid development of portable mobile terminal technology, a new learning method, M-Learning, is emerging, which makes it convenient for people. Get information and learn quickly at any time or anywhere. And in China, with the continuous expansion and deepening of foreign economic and cultural exchanges, the domestic foreign catering industry is also expanding, thus providing international and high-quality catering services for many visiting foreign friends. Service in English has naturally become an important medium for service personnel to communicate with distinguished guests. However, at present, the English level of Chinese catering service personnel concerned with foreign affairs is not very good enough to meet the needs of the business, and even the English level of some service personnel is almost zero. In order to improve the communication ability of foreign catering service personnel, and to meet the need of consulting and learning anytime and anywhere in their work, we design and develop rich and powerful mobile learning resources, and promote and apply them. It has become an important way to train excellent foreign catering service personnel. From this background, this study attempts to design and develop mobile learning websites for this kind of specific learners. Firstly, based on the background of mobile learning research and application, this paper determines the research objectives and main contents, plans and designs the research ideas; secondly, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the related concepts and basic theories of mobile learning website, According to the business and psychological characteristics of restaurant attendants, learning goals and contents, learning strategies and processes are analyzed and designed. Third, on the basis of teaching analysis and design, the system structure, functional framework, module composition of the website, The application pattern and process are systematically analyzed and designed. Based on the new generation of hypertext markup language (HTML5), combined with the server products and development technology, such as Apache PHP MySQL, this paper discusses the technical route of the development and shows the key technology of the development. Skills and processes, the final generation of a more complete function of foreign catering services for English mobile learning website; finally, for the development of mobile learning website in mobile devices to test and debug, Eliminate the technical and functional shortcomings, so that restaurant service personnel through the application of the mobile website, anytime, anywhere to obtain learning support, improve the English level in a short time, in order to communicate fluently with foreign guests, Achieve the desired learning results.
