云制造服务平台基础环境搭建及搜索模块研究

【摘要】:随着新一代信息技术的快速发展,我国的制造业也从传统制造向着信息型制造的新模式发展起来。服务化、科学化制造更加得到制造企业的重视,在原有的制造模式基础上,将制造资源协同整合、回收利用、节约环保是当今制造企业信息化发展的新趋势。如何建立一个健全的服务平台,整合社会资源、提高资源利用率、增强企业竞争力、提高经济效益成为目前我国制造亟需解决的问题。“云制造”模式的提出为我国制造业信息化的发展提供了很好的理论依据。自提出之日,国内外相关领域专家、学者都对“云制造”纷纷展开研究,但是由于“云制造”还是新兴概念,,很多理论并不成熟,平台的搭建并不健全,仍然有一些问题需要亟需解决与完善。 本文就中小制造企业在信息化发展中遇到的问题进行了研究并分析其需求。基于云制造的理念,有针对性的提出了中小企业的云制造服务模式及体系结构,对云平台的基础环境进行了搭建并完善了其搜索模块的功能。研究内容具体包含以下几个方面: 1.对制造业信息化相关领域的研究现状和发展趋势进行了分析,并对云制造的概念、特点和研究现状进行了分析与总结。 2.分析了中小企业信息化发展现状及其需求,提出了依据云制造的模式解决其问题,设计了针对中小企业的云制造服务平台体系构架,并分析了云平台的服务模式。 3.以Apache服务器、PHP脚本语言、MySQL数据库为载体设计了云制造服务平台底层结构,以模型、视图、控制器的MVC框架作为其软件结构,并建立数据库、设计并构建了页面结构。最终搭建了云平台的基础环境,并且通过实践验证了平台运行的有效性。 4.通过对云平台的搜索模块的功能和主要流程的分析和设计,以逆向最大匹配法及hash词典机制实现了中文分词系统,以SQL语言和“热点问题”排序算法对检索器部分进行了设计。最后设计了用户接口并对搜索模块进行了整体优化,实现了平台的搜索功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, the manufacturing industry of our country has also developed from the traditional manufacturing to the new mode of information manufacturing. Service and scientific manufacturing have been paid more attention to by manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the original manufacturing mode, it is a new trend of information development of manufacturing enterprises to integrate manufacturing resources, recycle and save environmental protection. How to establish a sound service platform, integrate social resources, improve the utilization of resources, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and improve economic benefits has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country. The "cloud manufacturing" model provides a good theoretical basis for the development of Chinese manufacturing informatization. Since it was put forward, experts and scholars in related fields at home and abroad have carried out research on "cloud manufacturing", but because "cloud manufacturing" is still a new concept, many theories are not mature, and the platform construction is not perfect. There are still some problems that need to be solved and improved. In this paper, the problems encountered by small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the development of information are studied and their demands are analyzed. Based on the concept of cloud manufacturing, this paper puts forward the cloud manufacturing service model and architecture of small and medium-sized enterprises, builds the basic environment of cloud platform and improves the function of its search module. The contents of the study include the following aspects: 1. This paper analyzes the research status and development trend of the related fields of manufacturing informatization, and analyzes and summarizes the concept, characteristics and research status of cloud manufacturing. 2. This paper analyzes the present situation and requirements of the information development of small and medium-sized enterprises, proposes to solve its problems according to the cloud manufacturing model, designs the cloud manufacturing service platform architecture for small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes the cloud platform service mode. 3. The underlying structure of cloud manufacturing service platform is designed with Apache server script language Apache database as the carrier. The MVC framework of model, view and controller is taken as its software structure, and the database is established, and the page structure is designed and constructed. Finally, the basic environment of the cloud platform is built, and the effectiveness of the platform is verified by practice. 4. Based on the analysis and design of the function and main flow of the search module of cloud platform, the Chinese word segmentation system is implemented by reverse maximum matching method and hash dictionary mechanism. The part of the searcher is designed by SQL language and the sorting algorithm of "hot issues". Finally, the user interface is designed and the search module is optimized, which realizes the search function of the platform.
