交互式情感与认知体验在用户界面设计中的应用研究

【摘要】:数字时代环境下,吸引受众的眼球的、具有研究价值的商品,已不仅仅局限在外观设计或者功能上。卓越的设计可以吸引用户的使用,让用户获得满足感,尊重用户的想法和需求,使产品为企业带来更多的利润,,这种案例不胜枚举,这也使得“以用户为中心”的设计原则更为广泛的传播。 对于用户和用户体验的研究,目的是为了更好的实现人机交互,促进界面设计的发展。本文的创新点就是将用户情感和认知结合起来指导界面设计。以用户的情感与认知方式为出发点,研究人机情感交互,可以通过对用户的人脸表情、肢体行为、生理信号和文本输出的情感表现进行分析,了解用户的情感需求。在用户认知方面,了解用户的认知水平、方式、特征等多方面因素。通过对用户情感和认知的分析,将这些感性因素,视觉化的表达到界面设计中,使用户享有更自然、更人性的体验感受。 本论文的主要工作内容如下: (1)对七岁以下儿童汉语的学习内容进行总结和归纳,分析不同年龄段儿童的特点,对学习内容分层。 7岁以前这个阶段,是儿童学习和掌握汉语基本使用的阶段。通过访谈法,咨询几位处在该年龄段儿童的家长和幼儿园老师,了解对孩子进行汉语教育的情况,并且做了笔记,整理后总结儿童学习内容,主要包括汉字、词语、成语、唐诗、宋词、歇后语、小故事和儿歌。 (2)通过合理的调查,分析儿童的认知能力和情感特点,可以更好的指导界面设计。 儿童的认知能力有限,设计的界面要适应儿童的特点,设计的尽量简单,不能以设计师的角度去考虑问题和解决问题,设计师也要努力的摆脱设计局限,符合用户特点,而不是符合设计师。另外,在进行设计调研时发现,对目标用户的调查也应该根据实际情况展开,本文的目标用户是7岁以下的儿童,但是这个年龄段的儿童,表达能力有限,很多时候不能准确的表达想表达的意思,所以,做调研对象是与目标用户联系最紧密的两个群体,即幼儿园老师和学生家长展开。 通过合理制定目标用户的学习任务,以儿童认知能力为基础,以情感元素来指导界面设计的具体实践。结合儿童的认知能力,通过卡通人物与学习内容建立联系,符合儿童的认知能力。在界面情感表达方面,通过对儿童面部表情的汇总分析,了解儿童的情绪状态。选择适合儿童接受的色彩,表达积极向上的情感。注重界面与儿童的交互性方面,加入背景音乐和手写版,使儿童更好的参与其中。 (3)通过编码语言和视觉设计,实现“宝贝学汉语”网站的建设。 网页采用静态页面为主,嵌入javascript脚本的实现方式,优点在于内容更新方便,表现形式更加灵活,适应于儿童用户的直观感受。另外,这些页面也可以被网上其他人进行浏览,无论用的是什么类型的电脑或者浏览器,都可以进行浏览,这就为用户群的使用提供了便捷保障。 视觉设计选择符合儿童认知特点的卡通动画形象作为指导,根据不同的学习内容,作为主人公的形象存在,帮助儿童更好的完成学习任务。 (4)通过测试和用户体验,设计具体的用户调查问卷,获得界面设计的反馈信息,改进界面设计中的不足。 邀请30位小朋友参加体验,完成设计好的任务,填写调查问卷,了解儿童对界面设计的满意程度,可以更好指导界面设计不断的进行改进。 根据有理有据的调研和实践,注重进行可用性测试和用户体验,总结反馈信息,不断进行修改和细化。本文中重点研究的是用户情感和用户认知,本文的创新点就是两点结合起来,加入到用户体验过程和用户界面设计中。 最后,经过不断的改进和完善,做出符合儿童认知与情感特点的汉语学习网站。
[Abstract]:The digital age environment , attracting the attention of the audience , has the research value of the commodity , has not only limited to the design or function of the design or function . The excellent design can attract the user ' s use , make the user obtain the satisfaction , respect the user ' s thoughts and needs , make the product bring more profit to the enterprise , this case does not win the enumeration , this also makes the design principle of " the center of the user " more extensive dissemination .
In order to achieve better human - machine interaction and to promote the development of interface design , the innovation point of this paper is to combine user ' s emotion and cognition to guide the interface design .
The main contents of this paper are as follows :
( 1 ) To sum up and sum up the study contents of children under the age of seven , to analyze the characteristics of children in different age groups , and to stratify the learning content .
At the age of 7 , it is a stage in which children learn and master the basic use of Chinese . Through the interview , several parents and kindergarten teachers in this age group are consulted to understand the situation of Chinese education for children , and take notes , summarize and summarize the children ' s learning contents , including Chinese characters , words , idioms , Tang poetry , Song Ci , Michigan , small stories and songs .
( 2 ) Through reasonable investigation , the cognitive and emotional characteristics of children can be analyzed , and the interface design can be better directed .
Children ' s cognitive ability is limited , the design interface is to adapt to the characteristics of children , the design is as simple as possible and cannot be taken into consideration by the designer ' s point of view , and the designer should try to get rid of the design limitation and meet the user ' s characteristics rather than the designer . In addition , when designing the survey , it is found that the survey of the target user should also be carried out according to the actual situation . However , the research object is the closest two groups to the target user , namely the kindergarten teacher and the student parents .
Based on the children ' s cognitive abilities , the author points out the specific practice of the interface design by reasonably designing the learning task of the target user . In view of the cognitive ability of the children , the author points out the emotional state of the children through the analysis of the children ' s facial expressions .
( 3 ) By coding language and visual design , the construction of " Baby Learning Chinese " website is realized .
The webpage adopts a static page as the main component , and is embedded with the implementation mode of the JavaScript script , and has the advantages that the content updating is convenient , the expression forms are more flexible , and the intuitive feeling of the child user is accommodated .
Visual design selects cartoon cartoon image which accords with the children ' s cognitive characteristics as the guide , according to different learning content , as the image of the hero , helps the child to complete the learning task better .
and ( 4 ) designing a specific user questionnaire through testing and user experience , obtaining feedback information of the interface design , and improving the shortage in the interface design .
Invite 30 small friends to participate in the experience , complete the designed task , fill in the questionnaire , understand the child ' s satisfaction with the interface design , can better guide the interface design to improve continuously .
Based on the research and practice of the rational , the usability testing and user experience are paid attention to , the feedback information is summarized and modified and refined continuously . The emphasis of this paper is user emotion and user cognition . The innovation point of this paper is the combination of two points , and is added to the user experience process and user interface design .
Finally , through continuous improvement and improvement , a Chinese learning website that accords with the cognitive and emotional characteristics of children is made .
