基于CAN总线车载平台数据记录技术的研究

【摘要】:CAN总线是一种支持分布式实时控制系统的串行通信局域网络,由于其具有高性能、高可靠性和实时性好的特点,近年来许多新兴车载平台都选用了CAN总线网络相关的控制设备,解决了以往单个布置、集中控制应用中存在的问题。但由于没有采用总线数据记录技术,一旦在工作中出现故障或问题,就难以快速地准确定位。本文为填补目前军用车载平台车控系统领域数据记录技术的空白,进行了基于CAN总线车载平台总线数据记录技术的研究工作。 本文按照车载平台车控系统数据的实时性、完整性和可还原性等要求,提出了基于CAN总线车载平台数据记录仪的设计方案。论文重点围绕应急电源和数据存储两个方面进行了系统研究,一方面,,研究设计了基于超级电容的断电应急电源方案,确保车载平台在突然断电的情况下及时将当前数据准确、完整地记录;另一方面,为了解决存储数据量大,存储器容量空间有限的问题,针对车载平台车控系统的数据特点,制定了数据过滤的基本原则和方法,对比分析了目前常用的压缩算法,在选定Huffman压缩算法的基础上提出了改进措施,并采取备份存储的方式将数据同时存入三片铁电存储器中,提高其存储可靠性。最后采用CANoe进行车载平台车控系统总体数据传送内容的模拟,并借助Labview平台对论文研究的数据记录技术进行了测试。 验证结果表明,在正常供电的情况下,数据记录仪可以准确记录CAN总线数据;在系统掉电时,数据记录仪使用应急电源可以完成当前数据的完整记录,为追溯事件、还原事故现场提供有利依据。
[Abstract]:Can bus is a kind of serial communication local area network which supports distributed real-time control system. Because of its high performance, high reliability and good real-time performance, many new vehicle platforms have used can bus network related control equipment in recent years. The problems existed in the application of single arrangement and centralized control are solved. However, due to the lack of bus data recording technology, it is difficult to locate accurately and quickly once there are faults or problems in work. In order to fill in the blank of data recording technology in the field of vehicle control system of military vehicle platform, the research work of data recording technology based on can bus is carried out in this paper. According to the requirements of real-time, integrality and reducibility of vehicular platform data, this paper puts forward a design scheme of vehicle platform data recorder based on can bus. The thesis focuses on two aspects: emergency power supply and data storage. On the one hand, the scheme of emergency power supply based on super capacitor is designed to ensure that the on-board platform can make the current data accurate in time in case of sudden power outage. On the other hand, in order to solve the problem of large amount of storage data and limited storage space, the basic principles and methods of data filtering are established according to the data characteristics of vehicle control system on vehicle platform. This paper compares and analyzes the compression algorithms commonly used at present, and puts forward some improvement measures based on the selection of Huffman compression algorithm, and stores the data in three ferroelectric memory simultaneously by backup storage to improve the storage reliability. Finally, CANoe is used to simulate the overall data transfer content of vehicle control system on vehicle platform, and the data recording technology studied in this paper is tested by LabVIEW platform. The verification results show that the data recorder can record the can bus data accurately under the normal power supply condition, and when the system is power down, the data recorder can complete the complete recording of the current data by using the emergency power supply. The site of the reduction accident provides favorable basis.
