基于复杂网络研究的移动互联网流量经营系统的设计

【摘要】:随着移动互联网的发展,对于运营商而言,在传统的话音、短信以及一些增值业务所创造的价值日趋饱和的情况下,流量所创造的价值正日益凸显。流量经营就是引导用户更多地使用流量,创造流量收益。然而,传统经营模式存在一些弊端,如渠道单一,盲目营销等,导致用户响应率低。近几年,各大运营商纷纷提出建设“智能管道”,实现精确营销的目标。在流量经营的过程中,运营商掌握着丰富的网络资源以及大量的用户数据,这是运营商的优势,但并未得到充分利用。 本论文构建移动互联网流量经营系统,使用复杂网络研究方法对移动用户进行分析,发现用户间“好友”关系,建立用户之间的联系;同时对用户相关数据进行数据挖掘,发现有用的、未知的知识,以此为流量经营活动提供客观的指导,提高营销成功率。 从层次结构上来说,系统主要分成三部分:数据服务层、应用服务层以及客户层。其中,数据服务层为系统提供数据的支持,包括用户业务数据、CDR数据等,并对这些数据进行初步处理。应用服务层负责系统功能的实现,使用的方法主要有聚类方法、关联规则分析以及分类方法等。该层对数据服务层提供的数据进行分析,并将结果提交至客户层。客户层负责系统功能、结果的呈现,呈现形式为web方式,做到方便用户查询和使用。 从实现功能上来说,系统主要实现两个功能:在对用户行为进行分析的基础上,建立业务的用户间传播机制;在对相关业务数据进行分析的基础上,建立业务间关联规则,发现目标业务的潜在用户。在此功能基础上,实现流量经营的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile Internet, for operators, the value created by traffic is becoming increasingly prominent when the value created by traditional voice, short message and some value-added services is becoming more and more saturated. Flow management is to guide users to use more traffic, create traffic revenue. However, there are some disadvantages in the traditional business model, such as single channel, blind marketing and so on, which leads to low response rate. In recent years, the major operators have proposed the construction of "intelligent pipeline" to achieve the goal of accurate marketing. In the process of traffic management, operators have a wealth of network resources and a large amount of user data, which is the advantage of operators, but has not been fully utilized. This paper constructs the mobile Internet traffic management system, uses the complex network research method to carry on the analysis to the mobile user, discovers the user "friend" relation, establishes the user connection, simultaneously carries on the data mining to the user correlation data, Discover useful and unknown knowledge to provide objective guidance for traffic management activities and improve marketing success rate. In terms of hierarchy, the system is divided into three parts: data service layer, application service layer and client layer. Among them, the data service layer provides data support for the system, including user business data, CDR data and so on, and carries on the preliminary processing to these data. The application service layer is responsible for the realization of the system function. The main methods used are clustering, association rule analysis and classification. This layer analyzes the data provided by the data service layer and submits the results to the client layer. The client layer is responsible for the system function, the result is presented in the form of web, which is convenient for users to query and use. From the realization function, the system mainly realizes two functions: on the basis of analyzing the user behavior, establishing the communication mechanism between the users of the business, establishing the business association rules based on the analysis of the related business data. Identify potential users of the target business. On the basis of this function, the purpose of flow management is realized.
