数字社区信息服务网站系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:目前,我国城市社区服务功能还停留在传统的以福利为主单一事务类型上,缺乏面向社区成员全面的社会型服务,没有实现由民政福利型服务向社会管理型服务的转变。本论文为西安市社区信息服务中心设计并实现了一个面向数字社区的信息服务网站系统,整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、使用安全的要求出发,将系统所提供的各种详实信息和服务与社区具体实际结合起来,将服务准确、迅速、便捷地送达社区居民。课题分析当前我国城市数字社区信息服务过程中的信息交换与服务中存在的问题,通过现代信息技术,对当前我国城市社区现有的信息资源和信息传播体系进行整合,研究基层管理的各项业务流程,设计适合于当前城市社区基层组织模式的科学的管理方式与管理业务流程。课题以城市社区基层服务综合信息管理系统需求为目标,以B/S结构为系统体系架构,采用.NET技术作为开发框架,开发一个在线网站系统,以实现我国城市社区服务的信息化。课题在业务流程分析的基础上,将系统进划分为六个功能模块:系统管理模块、人口管理模块、党务管理模块、政务管理模块、日常管理模块、一口受理模块。并对每个功能模块进行了功能定义和用例分析,并设计了用例图;并在系统的可靠性、易用性、运行效率、可维护性和可移植性等方面做了性能上的要求。在此基础上,论文对社区基层服务信系统功能模块的流程进行分析,使用UML工具对系统功能进行了详细设计。论文对系统的数据库进行了设计,找出了系统中所涉及到的实体及其属性,给出了几个实体及其之间的联系,做出了E-R图,以此为基础设计了数据模型。论文根据设计的结果,在Visual Studio 2008中对系统进行了编码实现,并对实现的结果进行了功能测试。最后的测试结果表明,该系统达到了设计的要求。
[Abstract]:At present, the function of urban community service in our country still stays on the traditional welfare as the main single type of affairs, lacks the comprehensive social type service for the community members, and does not realize the transformation from the civil welfare type service to the social management type service. This paper designs and implements a digital community oriented information service website system for Xi'an Community Information Service Center. The whole system is based on the requirements of simple operation, friendly interface, flexibility and safety. All kinds of detailed information and services provided by the system are combined with the specific practice of the community, and the service is accurate, rapid and convenient to the community residents. This paper analyzes the problems existing in information exchange and service in the process of information service in urban digital community in our country, and integrates the existing information resources and information dissemination system of urban community in our country through modern information technology. This paper studies the various business processes of grass-roots management, and designs a scientific management method and management business process suitable for the current urban community grass-roots organization model. In order to realize the informatization of urban community service in our country, the subject aims at the requirement of integrated information management system of urban community grass-roots service, takes the B / S structure as the system architecture, and adopts .NET technology as the development framework, and develops an online website system in order to realize the informatization of urban community service in our country. On the basis of business process analysis, the system is divided into six functional modules: system management module, population management module, party affairs management module, government management module, daily management module, and one acceptance module. The function definition and use case analysis of each functional module are given, and the use case diagram is designed, and the performance requirements of the system in terms of reliability, ease of use, operational efficiency, maintainability and portability are made. On this basis, the paper analyzes the flow of the function module of community service information system, and designs the function of the system with UML tool in detail. This paper designs the database of the system, finds out the entities involved in the system and their attributes, gives several entities and their relations, makes the E-R diagram, and designs the data model based on this. According to the design results, the system is coded and implemented in Visual Studio 2008, and the results are tested. The final test results show that the system meets the requirements of the design.
