基于云计算的区域医疗信息数据共享平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着计算机技术在医疗信息领域的快速发展与广泛使用,越来越多的医疗机构开始使用医疗信息系统,以便将医疗过程数据等信息进行智能化分类存储。但实际上,每家医疗机构只将医疗信息存储在自己的服务器、网络以及信息系统中,不同的医疗机构间的信息系统通常是相互独立的,整体上看形成了“信息孤岛”现象,造成了使用者或机构之间进行数据交换十分困难,这成为了实现各机构间医疗信息共享的最大阻碍。而纵观目前中国的医疗环境,病人的就诊信息具有分散化、碎片化的特点,这些信息独立存储在不同的医疗机构信息系统中。当病人更换医疗机构时,已有的医疗信息共享机制的缺乏会造成就诊信息丢失、误诊、重复的药物处方等问题的出现。从而使就医成本大大增加,同时降低了就诊效率,严重时会造成医疗安全事故。为解决以上问题,并增加医疗信息交换时的可利用性、兼容性、可实现性、保密性并且降低潜在成本,本文提出了一种基于云计算技术的区域医疗信息数据共享平台设计实现方案,并完善了该平台的医疗数据兼容性。云计算提供了一种医疗应用与医院信息系统(HIS)之间数据交换的解决方案,而云环境中的Web服务作为一种分布式计算技术可解决不同系统间的数据交换问题。其次,医疗信息通常由多种不同类型的内容组成,例如文本、音频、放射图像、图片、表格等。考虑到可操作性及保密性,数据的交换使用基于编码和压缩的XML的Web服务平台。本课题为区域内医疗机构提供了一个可进行数据交换与共享的平台,降低了在互不兼容的系统间数据交换的复杂程度,从而满足了许多医疗机构的需求。最后,电子病历系统是医疗信息化的一个重要标志,目前已在许多医院已经开始使用。本文在所提出的云平台架构基础上重点实现了电子病历共享功能,运用SOAP技术结合Web服务来实现XML病历文件的远程调用,并加入身份识别技术提高系统的安全性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and widespread use of computer technology in the field of medical information, more and more medical institutions begin to use medical information system, so as to intelligently classify and store information such as medical process data. However, in fact, each medical institution only stores medical information in its own servers, networks and information systems. The information systems of different medical institutions are usually independent of each other, and as a whole, the phenomenon of "information island" is formed. It makes it very difficult for users or agencies to exchange data, which becomes the biggest obstacle to the sharing of medical information among agencies. In view of the current medical environment in China, patients' medical information has the characteristics of decentralization and fragmentation. These information are stored independently in different medical institutions' information systems. When patients change medical institutions, the lack of existing medical information sharing mechanism will lead to the loss of medical information, misdiagnosis, repeated drug prescriptions and other problems. As a result, the cost of medical treatment is greatly increased, and the efficiency of medical treatment is reduced, which will lead to medical safety accidents in severe cases. To address these issues and to increase availability, compatibility, realizability, confidentiality, and potential costs in the exchange of medical information, In this paper, a design and implementation scheme of regional medical information sharing platform based on cloud computing technology is proposed, and the compatibility of the platform is improved. Cloud computing provides a solution for data exchange between medical applications and hospital information system (HIS), and Web services in cloud environment as a distributed computing technology can solve the problem of data exchange between different systems. Secondly, medical information usually consists of a variety of different types of content, such as text, audio, radiographic images, pictures, tables, etc. Considering maneuverability and confidentiality, Web service platform based on coding and compression is used for data exchange. This project provides a platform for regional medical institutions to exchange and share data, reduces the complexity of data exchange between incompatible systems, and meets the needs of many medical institutions. Finally, the electronic medical record system is an important symbol of medical information, has been used in many hospitals. In this paper, based on the proposed cloud platform architecture, the sharing function of electronic medical record is realized emphatically. The remote call of XML medical record file is realized by using SOAP technology combined with Web service, and the security of the system is improved by adding identification technology.
