基于案例推理技术在Websphere MQ故障维护中的应用

【摘要】:本文以Websphere MQ故障维护为应用背景,分析了目前Websphere MQ故障维护的现状和存在的问题的,结合基于案例推理技术的特点,将基于案例推理技术引入到Websphere MQ故障维护的研究思路。 论文系统的研究了将基于案例推理技术应用于Websphere MQ故障维护的关键技术,包括Websphere MQ故障案例的表示、Websphere MQ故障案例的检索、Websphere MQ故障案例的修正以及Websphere MQ故障案例库的维护等。在Websphere MQ故障案例的表示方法上,使用面向对象的方法对案例进行表示;针对Websphere MQ故障案例特征属性的特点,采用基于向量空间模型的属性相似度计算方法计算属性相似度,全局相似度计算通过最近邻算法进行。最后,基于对基于案例推理技术深入研究,设计和建立了基于案例推理的Websphere MQ故障维护系统,详细的介绍了系统框架,功能模块划分以及工作流程。 本文的研究成果为Websphere MQ故障维护工作提供了理论支持和相应的软件支持,,在一定程度上增强了企业的Websphere MQ故障维护能力,提高了企业技术人员的工作效率。同时,通过将基于案例推理技术应用于软件故障维护,为研究软件故障的智能维护课题提供了思路,开辟了基于案例推理技术新的应用领域。
[Abstract]:Based on the application background of Websphere MQ fault maintenance, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Websphere MQ fault maintenance. Combined with the characteristics of case-based reasoning (CBR) technology, case-based reasoning (CBR) technology is introduced into the research idea of Websphere MQ fault maintenance. This paper systematically studies the key technologies of applying case-based reasoning (CBR) to Websphere MQ fault maintenance, including the representation of Websphere MQ fault cases, the retrieval of, Websphere MQ fault cases, the correction of, Websphere MQ fault cases and the maintenance of Websphere MQ fault case base, etc. In the representation method of Websphere MQ fault case, the object-oriented method is used to represent the case. In view of the characteristics of the feature attributes of Websphere MQ fault cases, the similarity degree of attributes is calculated by the similarity calculation method based on vector space model, and the global similarity calculation is carried out by the nearest neighbor algorithm. Finally, based on the in-depth study of case-based reasoning technology, a Websphere MQ fault maintenance system based on case-based reasoning is designed and established. The system framework, functional module partition and work flow are introduced in detail. The research results of this paper provide theoretical support and corresponding software support for Websphere MQ fault maintenance, to a certain extent, enhance the ability of Websphere MQ fault maintenance and improve the work efficiency of enterprise technicians. At the same time, by applying case-based reasoning technology to software fault maintenance, this paper provides a way to study the intelligent maintenance of software fault, and opens up a new application field of case-based reasoning technology.
