基于PHP的在线调研系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在快节奏、信息化的今天,许多时代需求日益凸显,如何高效精准地获取有效的关键信息,如何令传统行业搭上互联网的高速列车等问题都是时代热点。本文选取在线调研系统为研究核心,即满足了快速准确地了解市场需要,获取有效信息的社会需求,又符合传统行业的互联网化,共谋发展的时代潮流,现实意义重大。本文对传统问卷调查行业进行分析,发现其存在人力、物力成本高,问卷回收难度较大,结果统计过程复杂,调研效率低下等诸多弊端。在此基础上,本文又结合了对国内外已有的在线调研平台研究总结,设计并实现了一款基于PHP的在线调研系统。系统使用PHP语言作为基础实现语言,借助Laravel框架协助构建项目,基于Laravel框架优雅的特点,系统的业务逻辑层、数据处理层及表示层结构分明。前端部分采用jQuery框架与Bootstrap类库完成开发,兼容性良好,在多种浏览器中都能够表现一致。数据库部分利用MySQL结合Redis实现,数据处理效率较高,基于Redis的缓存技术使得系统在高流量并发时同样可以运行流畅。基于PHP的在线调研系统基于B/S架构,使用了 MVC的设计模式,最终以Web形式展现在用户面前。本系统实现了参与线上调研、管理线上调研项目、审核调研项目、向完成调研者发放奖励、广告推送等功能,构建了一个完整的线上调研系统。系统具有支持正式调研前的筛选测试,精准定位参与人群;支持通过IP地址及cookie限制参与过的受访者重复参与;支持数据统计,能够对项目完成情况与质量进行评估;支持同类调研平台接入,共享调研资源;支持支付宝发放参与奖励,支付过程安全快捷等特点,自身特色鲜明。本系统为受访者用户提供了一个能够发表意见,参与到企业产品规划中去的平台,为企业级用户提供了一个准确捕捉市场有效信息,听取大众意见的承轴,为社会发展贡献出了一份力量。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid pace and informatization, the demand of many times is becoming more and more prominent. How to obtain the effective key information efficiently and accurately, and how to make the traditional industry catch up with the high-speed train on the Internet are all the hot spots of the times. In this paper, the online research system is chosen as the research core, that is to say, it satisfies the social demand of quickly and accurately understanding the needs of the market, obtaining effective information, and accords with the Internet of the traditional industry and the trend of the times of common development. It is of great significance in reality. Based on the analysis of the traditional questionnaire industry, it is found that there are many drawbacks such as manpower, high material cost, difficulty of questionnaire recovery, complex statistical process, low efficiency of investigation and so on. On this basis, this paper designs and implements an online research system based on PHP, combining with the research summary of the existing online research platform at home and abroad. The system uses the PHP language as the basic implementation language, with the help of the Laravel framework to help build the project, based on the elegant characteristics of the Laravel framework, the system's business logic layer, data processing layer and presentation layer structure is clear. The front part uses jQuery framework and Bootstrap class library to complete the development. It has good compatibility and can be consistent in many browsers. The database part is realized by MySQL and Redis, and the efficiency of data processing is high. The cache technology based on Redis makes the system run smoothly in high traffic concurrency. The online research system based on PHP is based on BSS architecture, which uses the design pattern of MVC, and finally presents itself in front of users in the form of Web. The system realizes the functions of participating in online research, managing online research projects, auditing research projects, issuing awards and advertising push to researchers to complete the research, and constructing a complete online research system. The system has the ability to support the pre-formal research screening test, accurately locate the participants; support the IP address and cookie to limit the repeat participation of the participants; support data statistics, can evaluate the completion of the project and the quality of the project; Support similar research platform access, sharing research resources; support Alipay to participate in the reward, payment process and other characteristics, such as security and speed, its own characteristics. The system provides a platform for interviewee users to express their opinions and participate in enterprise product planning, and provides enterprise-class users with a platform to accurately capture effective market information and listen to public opinions.
