2008年中国网民的数量及规模赶超美国,跃居全球第一,中国的互联网普及再次实现飞跃,赶上并超过了全球平均水平。线上获取医疗服务、搜索健康与就医信息已成为越来越多网民的选择之一,从网上查询医疗信息和医疗方面的专业咨询的需求不断增加。现代科技的发展丰富了人们获取信息的途径,越来越多的多元化媒介被应用到信息传播。以往的媒介都是以文字为主要方式,如今这种以文字为主角的媒介的使用率逐渐降低,传统意义上的语言表达已被多种媒介相结合的复合话语模态所取代,其他模态如图画,音乐,颜色,排版等从之前的配角变成如今主导的态势。多模态已成为当今社会文化体系不可缺少的一部分。网络科技的飞速发展,正表明了媒介已从单模态化转变为多模态化。在多媒介的社会活动和多模态的社会文化系统中,意义的生成方式成为当代人文研究的新角度。在如今的网络时代,解读一个媒介上的多种模态及其之间的关系至关重要,用何种方式提高多模态话语的解读能力,更是值得重视的一个话题。医院作为卫生服务体系的重要组成部分,体现了国家卫生事业的主要性质,如公益性和保障性,同时,不同类型的医院还具有生产性和经营性等特点。尤其是面对重大公共卫生事件,医院发挥着至关...
