关于《1991年新西兰资源管理法》（2009年修订版）的翻译报告

　　本文系通过对《新西兰资源管理法》(2009年修订版)第二、第三和第四部分的翻译实践而完成的翻译报告。“环境的可持续发展”思想形成已久,但《新西兰资源管理法》是第一部以“可持续资源管理”作为指导思想而制定的国家法律。环境资源作为人类赖以生存的物质基础对各国人民的生活条件和状态都至关重要。因此,通过对《新西兰资源管理法》的翻译实践与翻译报告,希望能够为我国的资源管理事业提供补充和借鉴。法律文本具有用词准确、行文结构严谨、以及文本正式等特点,因此在翻译实践过程中要求运用相应的翻译方法和准确的译文用词。本报告通过分析原文本特点,如用词准确,句式严谨等,以卡特福德等值翻译和翻译转换理论为指导,结合具体词句的翻译方法进行叙述,如:古体词、情态动词、介词等的译法,并探讨了法律文本翻译的经验及重难点。
