《韩国品质财团（KFQ）质量管理手册》翻译报告

　　随着我国对外开放的日益深入和国际合作的增多,引进国外先进管理体系的要求也越来越迫切。在商务谈判中,准确完整的信息作为双方交流的基础,是谈判成功的先决条件,商务谈判参考文本（经贸文本的一种）的翻译也应运而生。此翻译项目报告结合二十世纪七、八十年代德国功能派翻译理论,对商务谈判参考文本的翻译进行分析探讨。通过文本分析（包括文本类型和语言特点）和翻译实践,作者总结翻译过程中遇到的难点（抽象名词,长句翻译,语言文化差异）和教训,并针对这些难点和教训提出对应的翻译技巧（词类转换,分译,句子成分转换,语义性增译,减译,非人称主语转换）和给类似的翻译带来的启示。作者希望通过撰写此翻译项目报告,为今后进行实用文本,特别是商务谈判参考文本的翻译打下较为扎实的基础,并为翻译理论与实践结合的研究提供一定的参考资料。
