【摘要】：对粤西的笼统叙写在唐代有关粤西的诗文中是广泛存在的。它们把桂州写得与容州、邕州、广州相似,把容州、邕州写得与安南相似,或干脆用"岭表"、"南中"等词置换其所写的粤西某一处具体地名,于是桂州炎荒瘴疠,柳州与林邑相接,容州、邕州则飞鸢堕水,与事实出入很大,而呈现出来的都是令人生畏的形象。出现这种情况,不能完全排除作者地理知识欠缺的因素,但这肯定不是主要的。粤西地处岭南,岭南作为一个整体历来是人们心目中的"瘴乡"、"丑地",与去国之恨、怀乡之悲紧密联系在一起,唐代文士尤其是那些满怀忧郁的流寓粤西的文士叙写粤西某地时往往笼统含糊,实际上应该是这种来自传统的对岭南整体的刻板印象在起作用。
[Abstract]:The general description of western Guangdong is widespread in the Tang Dynasty poems about western Guangdong. They describe Guizhou as similar to Rongzhou, Yongzhou, Guangzhou, Rongzhou and Yongzhou, or simply use "Ridge Table". "Nan Zhong" and other words to replace its written a specific place in western Guangdong, so Guizhou Yan miasma Pandora, Liuzhou and Lin Yi to meet, Rongzhou, Yongzhou fly kite water, and the fact is very different. However, all the images presented are daunting. If this happens, we can not completely rule out the lack of geographical knowledge of the author, but this is certainly not the main one. Western Guangdong is located in the south of the five ridges. Lingnan as a whole has always been the people's eyes of "miaoxiang", "ugly place", and go to the country's hate, Huai hometown's grief is closely linked. Scholars of the Tang Dynasty, especially those who are full of melancholy in the west of Guangdong, often write about the western part of Guangdong in general and vague. In fact, it should be this stereotype of Lingnan as a whole that comes from the tradition.
