【摘要】：“休闲”是一种闲暇的存在方式和悠闲的生命态度,是人自由意志的选择,是在不受外界束缚、压迫的情况下进行的放松身心的活动。休闲文化则是与休闲相关的一切人类活动及其表现,其核心是休闲这一现象中蕴含的文化意义。本文以《诗经》中的休闲诗为研究对象,对“休闲”的概念、《诗经》休闲诗的范围进行界定,从休闲方式的角度对《诗经》休闲诗进行分类,对休闲诗的语言艺术、结构艺术及其蕴含的休闲思想对先秦儒家休闲思想的影响等方面进行研究,并论及其对当代休闲的意义。全文由绪论、正文、结语三部分构成:绪论部分是对研究现状、选题意义及研究方法的说明。正文部分由三章构成:第一章对“休闲”的概念与《诗经》休闲诗的范围进行了界定。从词源的角度认识“休闲”的概念,发现“休闲”的表现包括行为活动与精神思想两个方面。同时通过对休闲文化的认知明晰“休闲”的含义,认为“休闲”是一种在正常学习工作之外,通过多样化的方式放松身体、调节心理,达到生理与心理双重愉悦的活动。并将《诗经》中所有体现休闲思想、蕴含休闲文化、表现休闲方式的诗篇都纳入研究范围。第二章整理了《诗经》中涵盖休闲思想、休闲活动、休闲文化等内容的诗歌,对《诗经》中的休闲诗进行分类研究,分别是:闲游观赏为主的户外休闲;歌舞、宴饮聚会等集体休闲;体育休闲和表现及时行乐思想与涵盖隐逸休闲思想的其他类型的休闲诗。第三章对《诗经》休闲诗的艺术特色进行论证,讨论了休闲诗具有叠句频现、多用复沓的结构艺术与善用叠字、善于用韵的语言艺术,这有助于增强休闲情感的表达。同时探讨了《诗经》休闲思想对先秦儒家慎闲观念、与自然和谐共处的休闲观的影响。也论及《诗经》中的休闲思想对当代人的启示:要合理休闲、适度休闲;要尊重个人休闲感受,不盲目、选择适合自己的休闲方式。最后的结语部分对文章进行了总结概括。休闲是摒弃外在压力的自主选择。从“休闲”的角度研究《诗经》中的诗歌,将其中关于休闲活动、休闲思想的作品整理出来加以研究,发现周时人们对精神享乐的追求及对心灵自由的向往,其中渗透着文学休闲所独有的文化意蕴和思想态度。深入发掘《诗经》中的“休闲”,在认识其语言艺术与结构艺术的同时,也发现其不仅对先秦儒家休闲思想影响较大,对当代人的休闲观也有深远影响。这是研究《诗经》中与“休闲”相关诗歌的重要意义。
[Abstract]:Leisure is a form of leisure existence and a leisurely attitude to life. It is the choice of free will and is free from the outside world. Leisure culture is all human activities related to leisure, the core of which is the cultural significance contained in the phenomenon of leisure. This paper focuses on the leisure poems in the Book of songs. The concept of "leisure", the scope of leisure poetry, the classification of leisure poems from the angle of leisure ways, the language art of leisure poems are defined. The influence of structural art and its leisure thoughts on the leisure thought of pre-Qin Confucianism is studied, and its significance to contemporary leisure is discussed. The full text is composed of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion: the introduction is about the present situation of the study. The main body is composed of three chapters: the first chapter defines the concept of "leisure" and the scope of leisure poetry in the Book of songs, and understands the concept of "leisure" from the perspective of etymology. It is found that the expression of "leisure" includes two aspects: behavioral activities and spiritual thoughts. At the same time, through the cognition of leisure culture, the author thinks that "leisure" is a kind of "leisure" outside of normal study and work. Through a variety of ways to relax the body, regulate the mind, achieve both physical and psychological activities of pleasure. And "Book of songs" embodies all leisure ideas, contains leisure culture, In the second chapter, the poems covering leisure thoughts, leisure activities, leisure culture and so on are arranged, and the leisure poems in the Book of songs are classified. They are: leisure sightseeing outdoor leisure, singing and dancing, banquets and other collective leisure; The third chapter demonstrates the artistic characteristics of the leisure poems in the Book of songs, and discusses the frequent repetition of sentences in leisure poems. The structural art of multiple repetition and the language art of making good use of repetition and rhyming are helpful to strengthen the expression of leisure emotion. At the same time, this paper probes into the idea of leisure in the Book of songs to the Confucianism of the Pre-Qin Dynasty. The influence of the concept of leisure living in harmony with nature. It also discusses the enlightenment of the leisure thought in the Book of songs to the contemporary people: to be reasonable and moderate in leisure, to respect personal leisure feelings, not to be blind, The last part of the conclusion summarizes the article. Leisure is an independent choice to abandon the external pressure. From the angle of leisure, this paper studies the poems in the Book of songs, and introduces the leisure activities. The works of leisure thought were sorted out and studied, and the pursuit of spiritual enjoyment and the yearning for spiritual freedom were found in Zhou Dynasty. Among them, it is permeated with the unique cultural connotation and ideological attitude of literary leisure. To explore the "leisure" in the Book of songs deeply, while recognizing its language art and structural art, it is also found that it not only has a great influence on the leisure thought of pre-Qin Confucianism. It is also of great significance to study the poetry related to leisure in the Book of songs.
