新旧文学的易地交锋:“国故毒”论战平议

【摘要】:20世纪20年代,在"整理国故"的思想风潮影响下,文言与白话,旧学与新知的斗争更为激烈,并从思想界蔓延到了教育领域。以上海澄衷中学国文会考事件为导火索,以《学生杂志》编辑杨贤江与澄衷中学校长曹慕管的论争为起点,吸引了陈望道、邵力子、曹聚仁诸多人物的参与,从而爆发了持续将近月余的有关"国故毒"的大论战。双方就中学教育与国故的关系等问题往复辨难,只是由于意气之争超越了理性探讨,使得这场论战最终未能取得理论的突破,然而作为新旧文化论争的缩影仍不失其历史意义。
[Abstract]:In 1920s, the struggle between classical Chinese and vernacular language, old learning and new knowledge became more intense under the influence of the ideological trend of "sorting out the national heritage", and spread from the ideological field to the field of education. Starting from the controversy between Yang Xianjiang, editor of "student magazine", and Cao Muguan, principal of Cheng-jin Middle School, it has attracted the participation of a lot of figures from Chen Wangdao, Shao Lizi, and Shao Lizi. As a result, there has been a great controversy over the past month or so on the relationship between secondary school education and national heritage. It is only because the argument of sentiment transcends the rational discussion that the two sides have debated over and over again on the relationship between secondary education and national heritage. However, as a microcosm of the old and new cultures, it still has its historical significance.
