《废都》对新世纪网络小说审美取向的潜在影响研究

【摘要】：对世纪之交以来的中国文学来说,兴起于20世纪90年代上半期的《废都》及《废都》热,无疑对其题材的选择、叙述方式的运用和审美价值的取向等带来了很大的冲击,产生了深刻的影响。而作为一种新兴的文学类型,网络文学正是在《废都》热四处蔓延时期,随着互联网技术的飞速发展而迅速发展起来的。某种程度上可以说,20世纪90年代《废都》所开启中国文学的世俗化、欲望化、去雅化写作的浪潮,与网络文学尤其是新世纪以来的网络小说的审美价值取向有着十分密切的内在联系。本文以新世纪网络小说为研究对象,运用文本细读和比较分析的方法,从“陕军东征”下的《废都》热谈起,从风格倾向、审美特征和人物形象塑造等层面,探讨《废都》与新世纪网络小说审美价值取向的外在影响与内在联系。全文由七章组成:第一章绪论,主要介绍了课题的研究缘由,关于《废都》和网络小说相互关系的研究现状,对相关概念加以界定,并对研究内容和研究思路加以简介。第二章《废都》和网络小说发生内在回响。主要从《废都》的热评现象、世纪之交文学审美转向、创作主体的文学接受和文学的外部环境的变化等层面,探讨了《废都》对新世纪网络小说的产生影响的外部原因。在全民读书热的狂潮之下,《废都》等经典文学审美情趣的转移,更多潜在影响到了着网络小说的创作产生。网络小说作者有不少都受过高等教育,他们对生命的体悟更敏锐,更容易受到《废都》热的熏陶。《废都》的解禁也显示了社会上已经有了一个相对包容的环境,网络小说作者在新世纪可以相对自由地创作小说。第三章《废都》的脱雅化与网络小说的世俗化倾向。从文学审美立场的大众化转向、道德权威的解构、世俗生化的关注和情节的奇幻化等方面,分析了《废都》的脱雅化与新世纪网络小说的世俗化倾向之间的内在联系。网络小说在《废都》的潜在影响之下出现了与《废都》类似的特征:追求传播广度,衷情于传统小说的叙事模式,带有神幻色彩,关注人的世俗情感及对情感的渴求。《废都》里的知识分子打上了不少流氓的习气,网络小说置换成了才子佳人的模式。第四章《废都》的民俗书写与网络小说的民俗想象。主要从地域空间、写作手法、想象空间、人物精神性格等层面,论述了《废都》的民俗书写与网络小说的民俗想象之间内在关系。《废都》潜在地影响到了网络小说中地域空间的民俗书写。在《废都》中这些地域性风俗描写都有着家园意识,身份认同感和归宿感。网络小说也在大张旗鼓地张扬这些风俗,寄托了对大一统国家的称颂。《废都》中的民俗具有心理建构的意义,网络小说中的民俗往往是视觉的冲击。网络小说也采用了民间故事模式来进行描写民俗,带有很多虚幻,离奇之处的情节描写。第五章《废都》和网络小说中男性的消费化书写。主要从消费文化的角度对《废都》和新世纪网络小说中的男性书写进行比较研究,论述了新世纪网络小说中的男性在《废都》潜在影响下所呈现出来的相似性和差异性特点。网络小说和《废都》中的男性都具有传奇色彩,极力展现善恶之间的斗争,有女性围绕在身边。不同的是《废都》中的男性颓废、萎靡,有文化反思的意味,处于精神困境之中,网络小说中的男性则阳刚挺拔,更容易化解掉生存的困境,带有消费娱乐的痕迹。第六章《废都》和网络小说中女性的消费化书写。主要从消费文化的角度对《废都》和新世纪网络小说中的女性书写进行比较研究,论述了新世纪网络小说中的女性在《废都》潜在影响下所呈现出来的相似性和差异性特点。网络小说和《废都》中的女性都注重情感的表达,各有个性,以此带动故事的发展。不同的是《废都》中的女性世俗、附庸、被消磨扭曲,网络小说中的女性是过滤过的、历练升华、自主的女性。第七章在“荒原”中呼唤经典。网络小说自《废都》火热之后,强势崛起,呈现出多元化的发展趋势,网络小说的语言激情四射,甚至没有节制,文学深度被削平,有着极强的功利化、娱乐化的倾向。网络小说不要无原则胡扯乱编,否则将自掘坟墓。经典文学在转向时,要秉持高洁,也要雅俗兼赏,借鉴网络小说的多元化色彩,以求在困境中别有洞天。
