“双百”方针的历史演变研究

【摘要】：自从“百花齐放,百家争鸣”方针(以下简称“双百”方针)提出之后就对我国文化的繁荣与发展发挥了积极的推动作用。今天这一方针既是我国文化建设过程中必须坚持的基本政策,也是推动社会主义文化不断前进的基本方针。无论是从理论上,还是从实践中,这一方针对释放文化活力、推动文化体制革新、完善文化建设理论体系等具有重要价值。因此,我们对“双百”方针的历史演变进行一番研究,将有着重要的理论和现实意义。本文主要分为以下六部分来论述。第一部分,毛泽东与“双百”方针的确立。主要论述了毛泽东提出“双百”方针的历史背景;“双百”方针的内涵:“双百”方针是促进我国科学文化发展的方针,是发展马克思主义的途径,是处理人民内部问题的正确方针;其特点是:选择性,包容性,民主性;毛泽东在贯彻“双百”方针思想上的失误。第二部分,邓小平对“双百”方针的继承和发展。主要论述了邓小平重提“双百”方针的历史背景;邓小平对发展“双百”方针的主要贡献:“二为”方向的提出,完整地正确地理解“双百”方针;正确贯彻“双百”方针必须坚持的原则:必须坚持以实事求是为指导,必须坚持四项基本原则为前提,必须与正确开展批评与自我批评相统一。第三部分,江泽民对“双百”方针的正确贯彻。主要论述了江泽民继承和发展“双百”方针的时代背景;对有中国特色社会主义文化建设的阐述;提出了以“创新”为灵魂的文化建设总体构想。第四部分,胡锦涛对“双百”方针的全面贯彻。主要论述了胡锦涛继承和发展“双百”方针的时代背景;提出了构建和谐文化的基本方针与前进路线;提出了建设社会主义核心价值体系这一重大理论。第五部分,习近平对深入贯彻“双百”方针的新发展。主要论述了习近平对“双百”方针新发展的时代背景;指出了社会主义核心价值观下“双百”方针的践行方向:坚持群众路线,发扬社会主义民主;提出要以“双百”方针为指导实现文化大发展大繁荣。第六部分,“双百”方针的现实启示。主要论述了贯彻“双百”方针须坚持党的领导和马克思主义的指导,必须坚持“二为”方向,必须区分好学术与政治问题等几个方面。
[Abstract]:Since the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend" (hereinafter referred to as "double hundred" policy), it has played an active role in promoting the prosperity and development of Chinese culture. Today, this policy is not only the basic policy that our country must adhere to in the process of cultural construction, but also the basic policy to push forward the socialist culture. Whether in theory or in practice, it is of great value to release cultural vitality, promote the innovation of cultural system and perfect the theoretical system of cultural construction. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for us to study the historical evolution of the "double hundred" policy. This article is divided into the following six parts to discuss. The first part, Mao Zedong and the establishment of the "double hundred" policy. This paper mainly discusses the historical background of Mao Zedong's "double hundred" policy, the connotation of "double hundred" policy: "double hundred" policy is a policy to promote the development of science and culture in China and a way to develop Marxism. It is the correct policy to deal with the internal problems of the people, which is characterized by selectivity, inclusiveness and democracy, and Mao Zedong's mistakes in carrying out the "double hundred" policy. The second part, Deng Xiaoping's inheritance and development to the "double hundred" policy. This paper mainly discusses the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's reintroduction of the "double hundred" policy, the main contributions of Deng Xiaoping to the development of the "double hundred" policy: the proposition of the direction of "two for", and the complete and correct understanding of the "double hundred" policy; The correct implementation of the "double hundred" policy must adhere to the principle: must adhere to the guidance of seeking truth from facts, must adhere to the four basic principles as the premise, must be consistent with the correct development of criticism and self-criticism. The third part, Jiang Zemin's correct implementation of the "double hundred" policy. This paper mainly discusses the background of Jiang Zemin's policy of inheriting and developing "double hundred", expounds the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and puts forward the overall conception of cultural construction with "innovation" as its soul. The fourth part, Hu Jintao's comprehensive implementation of the "double hundred" policy. This paper mainly discusses the background of Hu Jintao's inheriting and developing "double hundred" policy, puts forward the basic policy and forward route of constructing harmonious culture, and puts forward the important theory of constructing socialist core value system. The fifth part, Xi Jinping to carry out the new development of "double hundred" policy in depth. This paper mainly discusses the background of Xi Jinping's new development of the "double hundred" policy, and points out the practice direction of the "double hundred" policy under the socialist core values: adhere to the mass line and carry forward socialist democracy; Put forward to the "double hundred" policy as a guide to achieve great cultural development and prosperity. The sixth part, the realistic enlightenment of "double hundred" policy. This paper mainly discusses that to carry out the "double hundred" policy, we must adhere to the leadership of the Party and the guidance of Marxism, adhere to the direction of "two as a whole", and distinguish between academic and political problems.
