“小孩弹弓杀老人”:一则当代传说中的道德困境与集体焦虑

【摘要】："小孩弹弓杀老人"是一则流传较广的当代传说,这则传说以小孩误杀老人而引发老人家属极端的报复为内容,围绕"棺材中藏匿的孩子"这一核心母题而展开情节。构成该传说的若干母题都可以在现实社会生活中找到原型,该传说在主题和形式上与传统故事有着继承关系,但在叙事方式与结局的开放性上则体现出更多相异于传统故事的现代特征。该传说体现出人们在面对意外事故和人际冲突时,因"失范"即缺乏有效的法律与道德解决手段所产生的道德困境与情感冲突。
[Abstract]:Slingshot killing of the elderly is a popular contemporary legend, which focuses on the core motif of "the child hiding in the coffin", which is based on the extreme revenge caused by the killing of the elderly by a child by mistake. Several of the motifs that make up the legend can be found in real social life, and the legend inherits the theme and form of the traditional story. However, the openness of narrative style and ending shows more modern characteristics different from traditional stories. The legend reflects the moral dilemma and emotional conflict caused by the lack of effective legal and moral solutions in the face of accidents and interpersonal conflicts.
