无根的自由主义—萧乾四十年代政论杂文研究

【摘要】:本文从形式和内容两条分析路径来论证萧乾四十年代自由主义思想的“无根”状态,以此来丰富对萧乾四十年代末思想、政治立场转变的理解与阐释。并且以萧乾四十年代政论杂文创作为切入点,反思现有的“自由主义文学”建构阐释方法,揭示“自由主义文学”概念的内在悖论性。本文第一章从文体选择、叙述视角、虚构方式(梦境、新闻通讯、游记、书信自白)等方面建构起形式批评框架,从萧乾四十年代政论杂文的别有意味的形式出发,考察其思想的经验性以及断裂性,并指出其不同的立场姿态实际上是附着在建构历史渴望之上的精神假面。第二章通过进一步的文本细读,联系萧乾早期文本以及一系列回忆文本,试图从萧乾人生中较为重要的几次认知/实践经历中抽象出一个属于萧乾的认知/实践模式,通过这个模式来重新审视萧乾从左翼自由主义到社会主义的立场转变。笔者将萧乾左翼自由主义意识形态叙述之下的精神暗流概括为四个要素:潜在的集权主义、理性缺位的经验主义、宿命与虚无。第三章以萧乾政论杂文为切入点,反思现有的“自由主义文学”概念建构阐释路径。笔者认为,如果将理解“自由主义文学”概念的重心分别放在“文学”或者“自由主义”上,会指向截然相反的文学形态,前者导向了作为文学类别的“自由主义文学”以及作为权利诉求的“自由主义文学”,然而此类建构阐释方法往往存在对自由主义的误读以及对文学的拘役,从而显示出命名的无效性;后者则导向一种真正同“左翼文学”形成价值对立的作为意识形态的“自由主义文学”,本文的这一建构阐释逻辑,是基于萧乾《红毛长谈》等创作的鲜明的意识形态性而被确定下来的。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the "rootless" state of Xiao Qian's liberal thought in the 1940s from two ways of analysis, form and content, so as to enrich the understanding and interpretation of the transformation of Xiao Qian's thought and political position in the late 1940s. Taking Xiao Qian's political essay creation in 1940s as the starting point, this paper reflects on the existing construction and interpretation methods of "liberal literature", and reveals the inherent paradox of the concept of "liberal literature". The first chapter constructs the framework of formal criticism from the aspects of stylistic choice, narrative perspective, fictional ways (dreams, newsletters, travel notes, letter confessions), and sets out from the different meaningful forms of political essays in the 1940s. This paper examines the experience and fracture of his thought and points out that his different stance is actually a spiritual facade attached to the construction of historical desire. The second chapter attempts to abstract a cognitive / practical model belonging to Xiao Qian from several important cognitive / practical experiences of Xiao Qian's life through further careful reading of the text, connecting with Xiao Qian's early texts and a series of reminiscent texts. Through this model to re-examine Xiao Qian's transition from left-wing liberalism to socialism. The author generalizes the spiritual undercurrent under Xiao Qian's ideological narration of left wing liberalism into four elements: latent centralism, rational absence of empiricism, fatalism and nihilism. The third chapter takes Xiao Qian's essays on political theory as the starting point to reflect on the existing way of construction and interpretation of the concept of "liberalism literature". The author believes that if the focus of understanding the concept of "liberal literature" is on "literature" or "liberalism", it will point to the opposite literary form. The former leads to "liberal literature" as a literary category and "liberal literature" as a right claim. However, this kind of construction and interpretation method often exists the misreading of liberalism and the detention of literature. Thus showing the ineffectiveness of naming, the latter leads to a kind of "liberal literature" as ideology, which is really opposite to the value of "left wing literature". It is based on the distinct ideological nature of Xiao Qian's "Red hair talk" and so on.
