新历史主义视域下的中国女性新历史小说
[Abstract]:At the end of 1980's, the theory of "new historicism" was introduced into China. Under the influence of the theory of "New historicism" and the domestic cultural trend of thought, a new type of novel has emerged in Chinese literary circle: new historical novel. Among them, female new historical novels show different aesthetic features and historical concepts from male new historical novels. The unique consciousness of "small history" and the "history of female lost writings" lurked in this kind of works, which reflects the collective spiritual demands and deep cultural psychology of contemporary Chinese female writers, and is worthy of attention and study. The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part introduces the development and characteristics of the new historicism theory at home and abroad. This paper takes Greenblatt's view of self-molding and Hayden White's theory of meta-history as an example to introduce the development of foreign new historicism theory and to sum up the characteristics of foreign theories such as strong subversion and fighting. After combing the situation of domestic theoretical translation, this paper analyzes the localization characteristics of the new historicism in China. At the same time, the paper briefly describes the emergence and development of Chinese women's new historical novel. We analyze Chinese women's new historical novels from four aspects: concept definition, research status, development stage and theme classification. The second part is the core content. The new historical novels of Chinese women are characterized by the following aesthetic features: subversion of the consciousness of "small history" and deconstruction of the consciousness of "big history", presentation of intertextuality "history of women's lost writings", increasing trend towards center and standard of female consciousness; The exploration of metaphor, irony, cross-cultural montage and other novel art techniques. The third part discusses the significance and development dilemma of Chinese women's new historical novels. On the one hand, the new historical novels of Chinese women have changed the tradition of "record" in the creation of Chinese historical novels and restored the main position of novels. Moreover, the creation of female new historical novels broadens the development space of literary creation. On the other hand, because of the influence of external environment and insufficient theory, female new historical novel creation shows a tendency of historical nihilism. The decline in the number of novel creation and the loss of women's status make women's new historical novels fall into a dilemma of development. At the end of the paper, the author explores the methods of women's new historical novels to get out of difficulties: to re-examine the relationship between men and women, to tap new creative resources and so on.
