【摘要】：目的探讨早期抚触护理对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法纳入住我院新生儿ICU早产儿共58例,随机分为对照组(n=29)和观察组(n=29),统计比较两组早产儿的胎粪排净时间、平均每日睡眠时间、住暖箱时间和住院时间以及出生后42天头围、体重和身长。结果观察组的胎粪排净时间短于对照组(P0.05)。观察组的平均每日睡眠时间、体重每日增加量多于对照组(P0.05)。观察组的新生儿住暖箱时间、平均住院天数均短于对照组(P0.05)。出生后42天观察组早产儿的头围、体重计身长均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论实施早期抚触护理能够促进早产儿的生长发育,
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of early touch nursing on the growth and development of premature infants. Methods 58 cases of premature infants with ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 58) and observation group (n = 29). The time of meconium excretion, the average time of sleep, the time of living in warm box and the time of hospitalization, and the head circumference of 42 days after birth were compared statistically between the two groups. Results the time of meconium excretion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The daily gain of body weight was more than that of the control group (P 0.05). The average hospitalization time of the newborns in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The head circumference of the premature infants in the observation group was 42 days after birth. Conclusion early touch nursing can promote the growth and development of premature infants.
