运用网络微信平台对肠造口出院患者行延续护理的效果

【摘要】：目的探讨运用网络微信平台对肠造口出院患者进行延续护理的效果。方法将40例肠造口术后患者,分为两组,每组20例。观察组在患者疗程结束后进行出院健康宣教普及之外,还增加网络微信随访的安排,利用手机移动客户端为出院患者提供延续护理。对照组用原有的方式进行出院健康宣教。比较两组患者出院1、3个月复查时的焦虑抑郁程度,自我适应水平及造口并发症自我观察能力等指标。结果观察组患者1个月复查时无明显差异,出院3个月复查时,焦虑及抑郁程度及自我适应水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的造口并发症的发生率也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论运用微信平台对肠造口患者进行延续护理的效果较好,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the use of WeChat network platform for colostomy post discharge nursing effect. Methods 40 patients after colostomy were divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. The observation group were discharged health education popularization in patients after treatment, but also increase the network WeChat follow-up arrangements, the use of mobile phone client to provide continuity nursing for discharged patients. The control group with the original way of hospital health education. Compared two groups of patients discharged from hospital anxiety and depression degree of 1,3 months, the level of self adaptation and self observation indexes such as stoma complications. Results the patients in the observation group were 1 months no significant difference after 3 monthes. The degree of anxiety and depression and self adaptation level were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the observation group the incidence of complications was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically Significance (P0.05). Conclusion the application of WeChat platform for continuous nursing of enterostomy patients is better, and it is worth popularizing.
