【摘要】：目的探讨情景模拟训练对孕妇焦虑情绪和妊娠结局的影响。方法收集我院2014年1月至2015年1月入住的健康初产妇160例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例。对照组实施常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上实施情景模拟训练,观察比较两组孕妇的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和妊娠结局。结果 (1)与干预前相比,干预后两组的HAMA评分均显著降低(P0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P0.05);(2)干预后观察组的自然分娩率和新生儿1min Apgar评分显著高于对照组(P0.05),观察组产后2h出血量显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论实施情景模拟训练有利于改善孕妇的焦虑情绪及妊娠结局,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of situational simulation training on anxiety and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women. Methods 160 healthy primipara admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were collected. It was divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group according to the method of random digital table. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group was given scene simulation training on the basis of the control group. The Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama) score and pregnancy outcome were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: compared with before intervention, the HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention (P 0.05). The observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.05). (2) the rate of natural delivery and the Apgar score of newborn in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). The amount of postpartum blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of situational simulation training is beneficial to improve the anxiety and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
