【摘要】:本文基于磁共振磁敏感定量成像(Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping,QSM)和T2*加权成像的方法,评估地中海贫血病患者的肝脏,心脏,大脑的铁沉积量。研究患者各个器官内铁沉积量与体内铁沉积量的相关性以及患者肝脏、心脏、大脑的铁沉积量与年龄的相关性,并对比磁敏感定量成像和T2*两种成像方法的可行性。本文收集33例地中海贫血病患者进行梯度回波序列的大脑磁共振扫描,获得磁敏感定量成像和T2*方法需要的图像数据,再经过一系列后处理过程计算器官内的铁沉积量,并进行相关性研究。研究结果表明用磁敏感定量成像和T2*方法得到的图像都可以明显看出器官内铁元素的分布情况,其中,T2*方法是对心脏、肝脏等其器官进行成像的较好方法,因为其成像速度快且能够很好的控制呼吸伪影,,但对于脑铁含量的检测,T2*加权方法的敏感性较差;而磁敏感定量成像方法,可以快速、准确地定量出脑铁含量。另外,对于相关性的研究表明心脏、肝脏、大脑的铁沉积量与体内铁沉积量线性相关;心脏、肝脏的铁沉积量与大脑铁沉积量线性相关;心脏、肝脏、大脑的铁沉积量与患者年龄无关。本文通过研究发现应用T2*方法和磁敏感定量成像方法都能很有效地评估组织成分的常规非侵入性,尤其是对铁的检测,对于不同的身体器官,应用不同的方法,或者对患者进行两种方法的整体检查,将有助于临床的预防或进行早期诊断治疗,这对评估地中海贫血病是非常重要的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, magnetic resonance imaging based on quantitative magnetic susceptibility (Quantitative Susceptibility, Mapping, QSM) and T2* weighted imaging method, assessment of Mediterranean anemia in patients with liver, heart, brain iron deposition in various organs. Research on patients with iron deposition and iron deposition and the correlation between the patients with liver, heart, and the relationship between iron deposition the age of the brain, and the feasibility of contrast magnetic sensitive quantitative imaging and T2* two imaging methods. The brain MRI scan, we collected 33 cases of thalassemia patients with gradient echo sequence, magnetic sensitive image data to quantitative imaging and T2* method, then through a series of postprocessing iron deposition process calculating inside, and the correlation was studied. The research results show that the image obtained by magnetic sensitive quantitative imaging and T2* method can obviously see distribution of iron in organs The condition, T2* method is good for the heart, liver and other organs of the imaging method, because of its fast imaging speed and can control breathing artifact is very good, but for the detection of brain iron content, the poor sensitivity of T2* weighted method; and the magnetic sensitive quantitative imaging method can quickly and accurately quantify the brain iron content. In addition, the correlation study shows that the heart, liver, iron deposition and iron deposition in the brain heart, linear correlation; iron deposition and brain iron deposition in liver of linear related; the heart, liver, brain iron deposition has nothing to do with the age of patients through the study found that the application of T2*. Method and magnetic sensitive quantitative imaging method can effectively evaluate the composition of conventional non-invasive detection, especially for iron, for different body organs, applying different methods, two kinds of methods or for patients Overall examination will contribute to the prevention of clinical or early diagnosis and treatment, which is very important for assessing thalassemia.
