循证护理在无痛胃镜检查中的应用

【摘要】：目的观察循证护理在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果,调查了解循证护理与常规护理的护理满意度。方法选择2014年7月—2015年6月接受无痛胃镜检查的患者100例,将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例,2组患者一般资料差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。研究组给予循证护理,对照组给予常规护理,所有患者均采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)对2组患者护理前后的焦虑情况进行评估,检查后采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)调查患者对护理工作的满意程度。采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件,对收集数据进行分析,计量资料以x±s表示,采用t检验,计数资料采用χ~2检验,以P0.05为差异具有统计学意义。观察2组患者评分的差异性。结果研究组在护理前SAS评分为(47.57±10.22)分,护理后为(40.13±6.07)分,焦虑情况有明显改善(t=4.43,P0.05);对照组在护理前SAS评分为(47.74±11.36)分,护理后为(46.58±7.53)分,护理后焦虑改善不明显(t=0.60,P0.05);研究组护理满意度为(73.85±1.57)分,对照组为(67.33±2.74)分,研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(t=14.60,P0.05)。结论无痛胃镜检查时间短,检查的成功率高,循证护理科学地使临床知识和经验相结合,在无痛胃镜检查过程中应用循证护理能更大程度地减轻患者痛苦。循证护理可明显缓解无痛胃镜检查患者的焦虑程度,并且有助于提高护理满意度,增强医患间的信任,减少医患纠纷,值得在临床推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of evidence-based nursing in painless gastroscopy. Methods 100 patients who received painless gastroscopy from July 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into study group and control group. There was no significant difference in general data between each group (50 cases) and two groups (P < 0.05). The study group was given evidence-based nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing. All patients were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) before and after nursing care. After examination, the satisfaction degree of nursing work was investigated by Newcastle Nursing satisfaction scale (NSNS). The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. The metrological data were expressed as x 卤s, t test was used, and 蠂 2 test was used for counting data. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Results the SAS score of the study group before nursing was 47.57 卤10.22). After nursing care, the score was 40.13 卤6.07, and the anxiety was significantly improved by 4.43% P0.05; The SAS score of the control group was 47.74 卤11.36 before nursing and 46.58 卤7.53 after nursing. P0.05; The nursing satisfaction was 73.85 卤1.57 in the study group and 67.33 卤2.74 in the control group. The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion painless gastroscopy has a short time and a high success rate. Evidence-based nursing scientifically combines clinical knowledge and experience. The application of evidence-based nursing in painless gastroscopy can alleviate the pain of patients to a greater extent. Evidence-based nursing can obviously alleviate the anxiety of patients with painless gastroscopy and help to improve the satisfaction of nursing. Strengthening the trust between doctors and patients and reducing the disputes between doctors and patients is worth popularizing in clinic.
