针对性护理对肠造口黏膜皮肤分离伤口的疗效分析

【摘要】：目的研究肠造口黏膜皮肤分离伤口的护理方法。方法选取绵阳市中心医院2012年1月至2015年12月行肠造口术后出现肠造口黏膜皮肤分离伤口的100例患者作为研究对象,采取随机分组法将这100例患者分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。观察组在常规护理实施的同时实施针对性护理,对照组实施常规护理。两组患者的黏膜皮肤分离伤口愈合时间、护理满意度,干预前后的焦虑评分、疼痛评分、瘙痒评分、创面肉芽形态评分进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组的黏膜皮肤分离伤口愈合时间明显缩短(P0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96%,对照组的护理满意度为80%,有显著差异性(P0.05)。干预前后比较,两组患者的焦虑评分、疼痛评分、瘙瘁评分、创面肉芽形态评分均明显降低(P0.05),观察组在干预后的各项指标较之对照组干预后均有显著差异性(P0.05)。结论对肠造口术后出现黏膜皮肤分离伤口的患者实施有针对性的护理干预,可有效促进伤口的愈合,缓解患者的负性情绪、疼痛,能有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the nursing method of mucosal skin separation wound after enterostomy. Methods from January 2012 to December 2015, 100 patients with intestinal mucosal skin separation wound after enterostomy in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as study objects. The 100 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 50), observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). Nursing satisfaction, anxiety score, pain score, pruritus score, granulation score before and after intervention were compared. The healing time of the mucosal skin separation wound in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96 and that of the control group was 80. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the intervention. The anxiety score, pain score, and sudden pain score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. The granulation score of the wound was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention should be carried out for the patients with skin mucosal separation after enterostomy. It can effectively promote wound healing, relieve patients' negative emotion and pain, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing service.
