护理岗位培训评价标准的构建

【摘要】:目的构建护理岗位培训评价标准。方法以Miller能力金字塔理论为依据,应用小组讨论和德尔菲专家咨询法,确立评价项目和细则,构建基于工作场所评估的护理岗位培训评价标准。结果专家咨询的权威系数为0.83,最终确立的护理岗位培训评价标准包括迷你临床演练、操作技能直接观察、个案为基础的讨论3种测评工具,各条目协调系数W为0.132~0.456,协调系数比较具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论该标准专家意见集中,结果可信,可用于评价岗位培训的质量和效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the evaluation standard of nursing post training. Methods based on the pyramid theory of Miller competence, the evaluation items and rules were established by using group discussion and Delphi expert consultation. Results the authority coefficient of expert consultation is 0.83. the final evaluation criteria of nursing post training include mini-clinical exercise, direct observation of operation skills, etc. Case based discussion of three evaluation tools, each item coordination coefficient W is 0.132 ~ 0.456, coordination coefficient is statistically significant than P0.01.Conclusion the standard expert opinion is concentrated, the result is credible, and can be used to evaluate the quality and effect of on-the-job training.
