综合饮食护理干预在血液透析患者高磷血症中的应用

【摘要】:目的:探讨综合饮食护理干预在血液透析伴高磷血症患者中应用效果。方法:选取我科2015年2月~2016年2月收治的血液透析伴高磷血症的60例患者为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合饮食护理干预。比较两组干预6个月后的钙磷代谢指标以及人体测量学指标的变化。结果:观察组干预6个月后的血磷低于对照组,钙磷乘积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组干预6个月时的血钙值差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组干预6个月时的身体质量指数(BMI)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂周径(MAC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:综合饮食护理干预能够有效降低血液透析高磷血症患者的血磷水平,且不会影响患者的营养状态,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive dietary nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods: 60 patients with hyperphosphatemia were selected from February 2015 to February 2016 in our department. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The changes of calcium and phosphorus metabolism index and anthropometric index were compared between the two groups after 6 months of intervention. Results: after 6 months of intervention, the blood phosphorus of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the product of calcium and phosphorus was smaller than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in serum calcium between the two groups at 6 months after intervention. The body mass index (BMI), triceps skinfold thickness (TSFD), and circumference of upper arm (Marc) were compared between the two groups at 6 months after intervention. Conclusion: comprehensive dietary nursing intervention can effectively reduce the level of blood phosphorus in patients with hyperphosphatemia on hemodialysis, and will not affect the nutritional status of the patients, so it is worth popularizing.
