【摘要】：目的分析个性化护理干预措施在晚期肝癌患者优质护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年4月~2016年7月收治的晚期肝癌患者96例作为研究对象,按照入院治疗的先后顺序,将其分为观察组和对照组,各48例。观察组选择个性化护理,对照组选择常规护理,对两种护理模式的应用价值进行对比。结果观察组经护理后,其SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论晚期肝癌患者采用个性化护理模式,可将整体护理质量进行提升,有助于患者不良情绪的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the application value of individualized nursing intervention in the quality nursing care of patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods 96 patients with advanced liver cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2016 were selected as study objects, according to the order of admission treatment. It was divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases each. The observation group chose individualized nursing, the control group chose routine nursing, and the applied value of the two nursing modes was compared. The SAS score and SDS score of the patients were lower than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the individualized nursing model can improve the overall nursing quality of the patients with advanced liver cancer. It is helpful to improve the patients' bad mood.
