综合护理对急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者预后及心理状态的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨综合护理干预措施对急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者预后及心理状态的影响。方法收集我院2015年1月~2016年1月急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者82例并利用计算机随机分组,对照组41例患者,行常规护理干预,观察组41例患者,在常规护理基础上行综合护理干预,比较两组预后情况,测定两组心肌酶谱水平变化,并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者心理状况进行评定。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);观察组心律失常、心源性休克、心肌疼痛等并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.05);观察组护理后CK、LDH、AST水平均优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分优于对照组(P0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P0.05)。结论对急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者开展综合护理干预的效果较好,改善患者心理状况,提高护理质量,且预后较好,值得推荐。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prognosis and psychological status of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods 82 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into groups by computer. 41 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, while 41 patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The prognosis of the two groups was compared and the changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum were measured. The psychological status of the patients was evaluated by SAS and SDS. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of complications such as myocardial pain was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), the level of CKT LDHN AST in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing care, the SDS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment (P 0.05), the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the acute St segment lifting in the observation group is better than that in the control group. The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with high myocardial infarction was better. It is recommended to improve the psychological status and nursing quality of patients, and the prognosis is good.
