细菌性肺炎患儿病原菌分布及检测多效生长因子与C-反应蛋白的临床诊断价值分析

【摘要】:目的分析细菌性肺炎患儿病原菌分布,探讨联合检测多效生长因子(PTN)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)的临床诊断价值,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法选取医院2013年6月-2015年6月诊治的120例细菌性肺炎患儿进行分析,其中轻度感染和重度感染患儿各60例,同期选取260名健康体检儿童为对照组;采集细菌性肺炎患儿痰液分离细菌,采用法国生物梅里埃公司的API条和BD公司的PHOENIX-100TM全自动微生物鉴定系统对进行细菌鉴定,分析感染病原菌分布,对比3组儿童CRP、PTN、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、白细胞介素(IL)等临床指标,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 120例患儿中共分离出120株病原菌,以革兰阴性菌为主,共70株占58.3%;感染患儿血清中CRP、PTN、SAA及TNFα、IL-1、IL-2和IL-6水平明显升高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且重度感染患儿比轻度感染患儿升高更显著(P0.05)。结论细菌性肺炎患儿易受到多种病原菌感染,感染后患儿血清炎症因子水平明显升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in children with bacterial pneumonia and to explore the clinical diagnostic value of combined detection of multi-effect growth factor (PTNN) and C-reactive protein (C- reactive protein). Methods from June 2013 to June 2015, 120 cases of bacterial pneumonia were analyzed, including 60 cases of mild infection and 60 cases of severe infection. In the same period, 260 healthy children were selected as the control group, the sputum of the children with bacterial pneumonia were collected to isolate bacteria, and the bacteria were identified by the API strip of French Bio-Meridier Company and the PHOENIX-100TM automatic Microbiological Identification system of BD Company. The distribution of pathogenic bacteria in infected children was analyzed, and the clinical indexes, such as CRPN, serum amyloid Astragalus, tumor necrosis factor 伪 -TNF- 伪, interleukin (IL), were compared among the three groups. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results 120 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 120 children. Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 70 strains (58.3%), and serum levels of CRPP-TNSAA and TNF 伪 IL-1IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly increased in infected children. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the level of serum inflammatory factors in the children with severe infection was significantly higher than that of the children with mild infection. Conclusion the children with bacterial pneumonia are susceptible to many kinds of pathogenic bacteria infection, and the serum inflammatory factor level of the children with severe infection is significantly higher than that of the children with mild infection.
