一种头戴式血压测量改进方法的研究

【摘要】:为了提高无创血压连续测量的便捷性和准确度,提出了一种基于脉搏波传导时间(PTT)的头戴式血压测量方法,该方法将光电容积脉搏波(PPG)信号和心电(ECG)信号的采集集中在头部,将PPG信号一阶微分最大点与ECG信号R波峰的时间差值作为脉搏波传导时间,并在血压的计算中加入了卡尔曼滤波器。实验结果表明,利用改进方法计算出的血压值平均误差率在5%以内,数据误差均在10 mm Hg以内,能够满足连续血压测量误差的要求;与传统方法相比,稳定性更好,误差率更小,最大误差更小。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the convenience and accuracy of continuous noninvasive blood pressure measurement, a headwear blood pressure measurement method based on pulse wave conduction time (PTT) is proposed. The method concentrates the collection of PPG signal and ECG signal on the head. The time difference between the first order differential maximum point of PPG signal and the R wave peak of ECG signal is taken as the pulse wave conduction time, and Kalman filter is added to the calculation of blood pressure. The experimental results show that, The average error rate of blood pressure value calculated by the improved method is less than 5% and the data error is less than 10 mm Hg, which can meet the requirement of continuous blood pressure measurement error, and the stability is better and the error rate is smaller than the traditional method. The maximum error is smaller.
