微柱凝胶检测一体机研制

【摘要】:随着医疗技术的发展,血型分析作为临床输血的必须检验项目,需要处理的样本量在急剧增加,传统的手工检测方法已经无法满足新时代血液分析工作的要求,对于全自动血液分析系统——微柱凝胶检测一体机的研制需求迫在眉睫。微柱凝胶检测一体机通过对微柱凝胶卡的离心来进行血型分析实验,可以有效地提高血型分析的标准化和准确率,大大减少对人力资源的浪费,研究高速度、高准确率的微柱凝胶检测一体机具有十分重要的意义。 根据微柱凝胶检测一体机所需的功能,本文设计了一套基于PLC的微柱凝胶检测一体系统,能够集装夹微柱凝胶卡,判定有效性,离心和对离心结果进行判读等一系列动作于一身,代替人工完成对微柱凝胶卡的一系列操作,并用电子判读取代人工判读提高了判读标准化,降低了人力的使用。论文的主要研究内容有以下方面:①通过调研和分析,根据微柱凝胶检测一体机的功能需求,制定了微柱凝胶检测一体机的总体设计方案,详细分析了其工作原理和工作流程,确定了微柱凝胶检测一体机的性能指标。②完成了卡盒系统、抓取系统和离心系统等机械部件的设计,并完成了相应的三维建模,通过有关计算和有限元分析论证了设计的可靠性。③完成了微柱凝胶检测一体机控制部分的设计,结合PLC理论,完成相关硬件和软件设计,主要包括控制方案选择和实施、PLC程序设计、人机交互界面的设计等。④对微柱凝胶卡的图像识别技术进行了说明,通过分析微柱凝胶检测结果的识别标准,研制出了一套完整的判读方法,通过图像裁剪、图像分割、灰度处理、平滑滤波、纵向投影和曲线判读等一系列流程对离心结果进行快速准确的判读。 经过安装调试,微柱凝胶检测一体机已投入使用,并能够完成相应的实验项目。
[Abstract]:With the development of medical technology, blood type analysis, as a necessary test item of clinical blood transfusion, needs to be dealt with in a sharp increase in sample size, traditional manual testing methods can no longer meet the requirements of the new era of blood analysis work.For the automatic blood analysis system-micro-column gel detection machine development is urgent.By centrifuging the microcolumn gel card for blood type analysis, the microcolumn gel detector can effectively improve the standardization and accuracy of blood group analysis, greatly reduce the waste of human resources, and study at a high speed.The high accuracy microcolumn gel detection machine has very important significance.According to the function needed by the integrated microcolumn gel detection machine, a microcolumn gel detection system based on PLC is designed in this paper, which can assemble the microcolumn gel card and determine the validity.A series of actions, such as centrifugation and interpretation of centrifuge results, are used to replace manual operation of microcolumn gel card, and electronic interpretation instead of manual interpretation improves the standardization of interpretation and reduces the use of manpower.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1 through investigation and analysis, according to the functional requirements of microcolumn gel detection integrated machine, the overall design scheme of microcolumn gel detection integrated machine is formulated, and its working principle and work flow are analyzed in detail.The performance index of microcolumn gel detection integrated machine was determined. 2. The design of mechanical parts such as card box system, grab system and centrifuge system was completed, and the corresponding 3D modeling was completed.Through the calculation and finite element analysis, the reliability of the design is demonstrated. 3. The control part of the microcolumn gel detection integrated machine is designed. Combined with the PLC theory, the related hardware and software are designed.This paper mainly includes the selection of control scheme and the implementation of PLC program design, the design of man-machine interface and so on. 4. The image recognition technology of microcolumn gel card is explained, and the recognition standard of microcolumn gel detection result is analyzed.A complete interpretation method is developed. The centrifuge results are interpreted quickly and accurately by a series of processes such as image clipping, image segmentation, gray processing, smoothing filtering, longitudinal projection and curve interpretation.After installation and debugging, microcolumn gel detection machine has been put into use, and can complete the corresponding experimental project.
