早产儿父母延续性护理需求状况调查与分析

【摘要】：目的:了解早产儿家长对延续性护理的需求状况,为制定有效的延续性护理方案提供依据。方法:采用自行设问卷对随机抽样的110例早产儿家长进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果:早产儿家长对孩子住院期间接受相关健康知识教育的需求率为85.4%,对出院后延续性护理的需求率为71.0%;对延续性护理方式需求排在前3位的分别是电话随访(67.3%)、通过网络平台的健康教育(60.9%)、门诊服务(59.0%);家长迫切需要的延续性护理内容分别为心理护理需求(98.5%)、抚触方法及用药指导(97.3%)、出院前参与孩子的护理(95.5%)。结论:早产儿家长对延续性护理的需求较高,对延续性护理的需求呈现多样化、多层次,医院应根据家长的不同需求给予针对性强、形式丰富的延续性护理,使早产儿从医院顺利过渡到家庭。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the requirement of continuous nursing for parents of premature infants and to provide evidence for effective continuous nursing.Methods: 110 parents of preterm infants were investigated by self-designed questionnaire, and the results were analyzed statistically.Results: the demand rate of parents of premature infants to receive relevant health knowledge education during hospitalization was 85.44.The demand rate for continuous nursing care after discharge was 71.0.Through the health education on the network platform, the outpatient service was 59.00.The continuous nursing content urgently needed by the parents was the psychological nursing demand 98.50.The touching method and medication guidance were 97.30.The children were involved in the nursing care before discharge.Conclusion: the demand for continuous nursing is higher and the demand for continuous nursing is diversified and multi-level. Hospitals should give continuous nursing with strong pertinence and rich forms according to the different needs of parents.A smooth transition from hospital to home for premature babies.
