耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的MLST分型及耐药性分析

【摘要】:目的对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)进行多位点序列分析(MLST),初步了解泉州地区MRSA的MLST分型、MRSA的耐药性与ST及ST克隆系的相关性方法收集2013-2015年本地区分离47株MRSA,采用MLST对受试菌的7个等位基因进行序列分析,同时进行网上数据库比对,得到每个菌株相应的等位基因号。结果 47株菌分为14个ST型,2个型别为新的型别(已提交未反馈)。每个型别包含1-17株菌。ST59是优势型别(36.2%),包含17株菌;其次为ST239(17.0%),包含8株菌;ST59分布于2013年、2014年、2015年,表示该型别菌株在本地区长期存在;ST59分布于3所医院,表示该型别菌株本地区广泛分布。结论本地区MRSA分离株基因多态性大,ST59和ST239是本地区MRSA分离株的优势ST型。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the multilocus sequence analysis of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and to investigate the correlation between the drug resistance of MRSAs and St and St clones in Quanzhou area. Methods 47 strains of MRSAs were collected from our region from 2013 to 2015. Seven alleles of tested bacteria were sequenced by MLST. At the same time, the corresponding allele number of each strain was obtained by comparing the online database. Results 47 strains were divided into 14 St types and 2 new types. Each type contains 1 to 17 strains of bacteria. ST59 is the dominant type, including 17 strains, followed by ST239 / 17.0 and 8 strains of ST59 distributed in 2013, 2014 and 2015, indicating that the strain has long existed in three hospitals in the region, It indicates that this type of strain is widely distributed in this region. Conclusion ST59 and ST239 are the dominant St type of MRSA isolates in our region.
