医用射线防护喷剂应用在乳腺癌患者急性放射性皮肤损伤中的效果

【摘要】：目的分析医用射线防护喷剂(伯格曼)应用在乳腺癌患者急性放射性皮肤损伤中的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年6月我科收治的乳腺癌放疗患者62例为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组。在患者进行放射治疗期间,试验组使用伯格曼外喷预防,对照组使用康复新液外喷预防。观察两组预防皮肤损伤的效果。结果试验组患者0级放射性皮肤损伤发生率比对照组高,Ⅱ级皮肤损伤发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(32.2%比9.7%,6.5%比25.8%,P0.05)。放疗结束后,试验组患者的生存质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者放疗过程中,使用医用射线防护喷剂伯格曼进行防护效果确切,可以明显减轻放射性皮肤损伤程度。
