远程心电监测在心肌梗死患者心脏康复中的应用进展

【摘要】：简要介绍远程心电监测系统及其开发状况,包括可穿戴技术。在心肌梗死患者心脏康复过程中,远程心电监测系统通过监测心率,计算心率恢复,可评定自主神经功能;通过计算心率-收缩压双乘积,可推测康复过程患者的乳酸无氧阈,确定有氧运动强度。最后探讨患者康复发生意外的法律责任问题和与物联网结合等创新意义。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the remote ECG monitoring system and its development, including wearable technology. During cardiac rehabilitation in patients with myocardial infarction, remote ECG monitoring system can evaluate autonomic nervous function by monitoring heart rate, calculating heart rate recovery, calculating the double product of heart rate and systolic pressure, and estimating the anaerobic threshold of lactic acid in patients during rehabilitation. Determine the intensity of aerobic exercise. Finally, this paper discusses the legal liability of patients' rehabilitation accidents and the innovative significance of combining with the Internet of things.
