心理干预对泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者焦虑和抑郁的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨并评价心理干预对泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响。方法收集行后腹腔镜手术患者60例,随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用泌尿外科后腹腔镜围术期常规专业护理措施,干预组在常规专业护理措施的基础上,采用心理干预,分别记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量和手术成功情况,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组护理干预前后进行评分,并行统计分析。结果两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、手术成功率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);干预组SAS和SDS评分改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论心理干预能有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,护理效果显著,值得临床关注。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Methods 60 patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine professional nursing measures during the perioperative period of retroperitoneal laparoscopy. The intervention group adopted psychological intervention on the basis of routine professional nursing measures and recorded the operation time intraoperative blood loss and success of the two groups respectively. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating Depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the nursing before and after nursing intervention. Results there was no significant difference in operation time, blood loss and success rate between the two groups, but the improvement of SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, nursing effect is remarkable, it deserves clinical attention.
