神经内科重症监护患者的特点及护理观察

【摘要】：目的观察神经内科重症监护患者的特征,有效提升护理质量。方法选择本院2013年2月~2014年2月收治的神经内科重症监护患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数表的方法,将所有患者分为参考组于实验组,各40例,参考组患者使用常规护理的方法,实验组患者则采用优质护理的方式配合治疗,待治疗结束后,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果参考组的护理满意率是75.5%,实验组患者的护理满意率为95%,两组间的数据差异明显,具有统计学意义,存在可比性。结论对神经内科重症患者使用优质护理方法,不仅可以加快患者的恢复速率,还能够有效地提高护理率,减少医患之间的纠纷。由此可知,优质护理在临床在临床医学界具有较高的使用价值,应该得到广泛推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the characteristics of intensive care patients in neurology department and improve the quality of nursing. Methods from February 2013 to February 2014, 80 patients in intensive care department of neurology were selected as study objects. According to the method of random number table, all the patients were divided into reference group (n = 40) and experimental group (n = 40). The patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with high quality nursing. After the treatment, the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results the nursing satisfaction rate of the reference group was 75.5 and the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95. The data between the two groups were statistically significant and comparable. Conclusion the application of high quality nursing method to severe patients in neurology department can not only speed up the recovery rate of patients, but also effectively improve the nursing rate and reduce the disputes between doctors and patients. It can be seen that high-quality nursing has high clinical value in clinical medicine and should be widely popularized.
