骨折患儿家属康复健康教育对患儿康复效果的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨对骨折患儿家属实施康复健康教育对患儿康复效果的影响。方法将2014年1月—2015年10月住院治疗的骨折患儿随机分为2组,每组100例,对照组患儿家属接受常规健康教育,研究组患儿家属接受康复健康教育,比较2组患儿康复情况。结果干预后,研究组患儿家属对术后正确体位(68.00%vs46%)、康复训练知识(71.00%vs 43.00%)、疼痛控制知识(69.00%vs 50.00%)方面的知晓率高于对照组(P0.05);研究组患儿对支具及护具佩戴(65.00%vs 51.00%)、预防并发症(66.00%vs 49.00%)、坚持康复训练(68.00%vs 54.00%)方面的完全依从率高于对照组(P0.05);研究组患儿并发症发生率(6.00%vs21.00%)低于对照组(χ2=8.01,P0.05);研究组患儿功能独立性评定(FIM)总分[(114.36±16.57)vs(98.47±14.04)]高于对照组(P0.05),研究组患儿康复疗效[(28.89±6.24)%vs(19.21±7.58)%]高于对照组(P0.05);2组骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对骨折患儿家属实施康复健康教育,可提高家属对儿童骨折相关康复知识的认知水平,进而促使其作出对患儿康复有利的指导行为,对患儿康复有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of rehabilitation health education on children with fracture. Methods from January 2014 to October 2015, the children with fracture were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The families of the control group received routine health education, the families of the study group received rehabilitation health education, and the rehabilitation conditions of the two groups were compared. Results after intervention, Family members of the study group had a higher awareness of correct postures (68.00 vs 51.00 vs 43.00), 71.00 (71.00 vs 43.00), 69.00 (69.00 vs 50.005) of pain control knowledge than the control group (P0.05), 65.00 vs 51.00 (65.00 vs 51.00) and 66.00 (66.00 vs 49.00) of prevention of complications in the study group. The rate of complete compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of complications in the study group was 6.00 vs 21.00), which was lower than that in the control group (蠂 2 / 8.01 vs P 0.05). The total score of functional independence assessment in the study group [114.36 卤16.57)vs(98.47 卤14.04] was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the rehabilitation effect in the study group [28.89 卤6.24)%vs(19.21 卤7.58%] was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Comparison of fracture healing time of P0.05 and P0.05 in radiation group, The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the rehabilitation health education for the family members of the fracture children can improve the cognition level of the children's fracture related rehabilitation knowledge, and then promote them to make the beneficial guidance behavior for the children's rehabilitation, which is of great significance to the children's rehabilitation.
