【摘要】:革兰阴性(G-)菌耐药问题日益严峻,产新德里金属-β-内酰胺酶-1(New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1,NDM-1)的"超级细菌"的出现使G-菌耐药问题引起全球广泛关注。产NDM-1的细菌对几乎所有β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药,使G-菌的临床治疗面临巨大挑战,研制可有效杀灭"超级细菌"等G-耐药菌的新型抗感染药物迫在眉睫。本文综述了NDM-1酶及其抑制剂的研究进展,为研制以NDM-1为靶点的抗耐药G-菌的新型药物,有效杀灭"超级细菌"提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The problem of drug resistance of Gram-negative G-lactamases is becoming more and more serious. The emergence of "super bacteria" producing New Delhi metallo- 尾 -lactamase-1 (NDM-1) makes the drug resistance of G- bacteria attract worldwide attention. The NDM-1 producing bacteria are resistant to almost all 尾 -lactam antibiotics, which makes the clinical treatment of G- bacteria face great challenge. It is urgent to develop new anti-infective drugs that can effectively kill "super bacteria" and other G- resistant bacteria. In this paper, the research progress of NDM-1 enzyme and its inhibitors is reviewed, which can be used as a reference for the development of novel drug resistant drugs against G- resistant bacteria targeting NDM-1 and the killing of "super bacteria".
