吹气泡联合肺腧穴位按摩在肺炎患儿护理中的应用

【摘要】：目的本文主要探讨吹气泡联合肺腧穴位按摩在肺炎患儿护理中的应用。方法选择2014年7月~2015年1月我院收治的支气管肺炎患儿60例作为研究对象,按数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者按照支气管肺炎护理常规予以护理。观察组在上述常规治疗及护理基础上,对患儿进行吹气泡训练同时予以肺腧穴位按摩。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的临床治效果果显著优于对照组,观察组患儿的住院时间明显的短于对照组患者,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);同时患儿对护理的满意程度明显优于对照组患儿,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在肺炎患儿常规护理的基础上应用吹气泡联合肺输穴位按摩护理,能明显改善患儿的临床症状,缩短患儿的住院时间,增加患儿对护理的满意程度,临床应用前景广阔。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of bubble blowing combined with acupoint massage in children with pneumonia. Methods from July 2014 to January 2015, 60 children with bronchopneumonia were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given nursing according to the routine nursing of bronchopneumonia. On the basis of the routine treatment and nursing, the observation group received bubble blowing training and acupoint massage at the same time. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the degree of satisfaction of the children with nursing was obviously better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion on the basis of routine nursing care of children with pneumonia, the application of bubble-blowing combined with acupoint massage nursing can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the hospitalization time, increase the satisfaction of the children with nursing, and have a broad prospect of clinical application.
