基于Zynq异构片上系统的皮下静脉显影系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:在现代医疗过程中,皮下静脉穿刺已成为重要的医疗手段,无论是在诊断或是治疗的过程中都起着重要的作用。然而,传统的皮下静脉穿刺过程通常是由操作人员裸眼对穿刺对象的皮下静脉血管进行观察与定位。因此,该操作过程将依赖于操作人员的操作经验、操作环境以及穿刺对象特征等因素。如当遇到肥胖、肤色较深或皮肤肿胀等穿刺对象,操作人员将难以直接通过裸眼对穿刺对象的皮下静脉血管进行观察与定位,从而使皮下静脉穿刺操作难以进行。针对上述在皮下静脉穿刺过程中遇到的问题,随着科学技术的发展与进步,出现了皮下静脉显影系统。皮下静脉显影系统通过提高穿刺对象的皮下静脉血管与其周围组织的对比度,辅助操作人员对穿刺对象进行皮下静脉血管定位,使操作人员能准确地定位至穿刺对象的目标穿刺血管,从而降低了皮下静脉穿刺操作的难度和风险。本文对目前具有的几种皮下静脉显影系统进行研究并分类,同时对它们的工作原理、成像特点、系统架构等方面进行分析。通过对这几类系统的分析结果进行比较和总结,本文提出了基于Zynq异构片上系统的皮下静脉显影系统架构。Zynq是由Xilinx公司推出的全可编程异构片上系统平台。该平台在单片芯片上集成了处理系统PS(Processing System)部分和可编程逻辑PL(Programmable Logic)部分。处理系统PS部分可提供高速的基于程序的运算性能,而可编程逻辑PL部分则可提供灵活的基于硬件的处理能力,两部分通过AXI(Advanced Extensible Interface)总线连接,具有很高的数据传输带宽。因此,基于Zynq异构片上系统的皮下静脉显影系统架构具有高运算性能、控制灵活、系统体积小等特点。根据提出的设计方案,本文对设计方案进行实现,并对其功能进行验证,实验结果显示该系统满足设计方案的预期目标,可实现皮下静脉图像显影增强功能,并具有高运算性能、控制灵活、系统体积小等特点。该系统可辅助对皮下静脉血管进行观察与定位,有助于提高皮下静脉穿刺操作的成功率,这无论是对个人健康、家庭幸福以及社会的稳定发展都起着积极的作用。
[Abstract]:In modern medical process, subcutaneous venipuncture has become an important medical means, both in the diagnosis and treatment process plays an important role. However, the traditional procedure of subcutaneous venipuncture is usually observed and localized by the operator naked eyes. Therefore, the operation process will depend on the operator's operation experience, operating environment and puncture object characteristics. For example, when the puncture objects such as obesity, dark skin color or skin swelling are encountered, it will be difficult for the operator to observe and locate the subcutaneous vein vessels directly through the naked eye, thus making the subcutaneous vein puncture difficult to carry out. In view of the above problems encountered in the process of subcutaneous venipuncture, with the development and progress of science and technology, subcutaneous vein imaging system appeared. By improving the contrast between the subcutaneous vein vessel and the surrounding tissue, the subcutaneous vein development system assists the operator to locate the subcutaneous vein vessel of the puncture object. Therefore, the difficulty and risk of subcutaneous venipuncture can be reduced. In this paper, several kinds of subcutaneous vein imaging systems are studied and classified, and their working principle, imaging characteristics and system architecture are analyzed. By comparing and summarizing the analysis results of these kinds of systems, this paper presents the architecture of subcutaneous vein development system based on Zynq isomerous system. Zynq is a fully programmable isomerous system platform developed by Xilinx Company. The platform integrates the processing system PS(Processing system and the programmable logic PL(Programmable logic on a single chip. The PS part of the processing system can provide high-speed program-based computing performance, while the programmable logic PL part can provide flexible hardware-based processing capability. The two parts are connected by the AXI(Advanced Extensible Interface bus and have a high data transmission bandwidth. Therefore, the architecture of subcutaneous vein development system based on Zynq isomerous system has the advantages of high computational performance, flexible control and small system volume. According to the proposed design scheme, the design scheme is implemented in this paper, and its function is verified. The experimental results show that the system meets the expected goal of the design scheme and can realize the enhancement function of subcutaneous vein image development. And has the high computation performance, the control is flexible, the system volume is small and so on characteristic. The system can assist the observation and localization of subcutaneous vein vessels, and help to improve the success rate of subcutaneous venipuncture, which plays an active role in personal health, family happiness and the stable development of society.
