输入性压力源因素对员工心理健康的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨输入性压力源因素对员工心理健康的影响作用。方法通过问卷调查的方式获取来自不同组织的346名员工的调查信息,使用方差分析、相关性分析和多重回归分析的方法,分析了员工心理健康总体情况以及输入性压力源因素对员工心理健康的影响作用。结果有34.68%的研究对象存在心理健康问题。输入性压力源因素各维度的劣性特征均与员工心理健康有相关关系(r=0.13~0.31,均P0.05)。工作因素中的工作信息反馈(β=0.16,P=0.005)、技能多样性(β=0.18,P=0.002)和工作轮班(β=0.14,P=0.008),组织因素中的社会支持(β=0.28,P0.001)和实体硬件环境(β=0.13,P=0.025),家庭因素中的工作家庭冲突(β=0.20,P0.001)和家庭和睦状况(β=0.23,P0.001)因素的劣性特征对员工心理症状有显著的正向预测作用。结论本研究得出对员工心理健康有显著预测作用的因素,有助于从工作,组织和家庭全方位关注员工的心理健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of imported stressors on mental health of employees. Methods the survey information of 346 employees from different organizations was obtained by questionnaire, and the methods of variance analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. This paper analyzes the general situation of employees' mental health and the effect of input stressors on employees' mental health. Results 34.68% of the subjects had mental health problems. The inferiority characteristics of each dimension of input stressor factors were correlated with the mental health of employees (P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05). Job information feedback among work factors (尾 0.16 / P0. 005), skill diversity (尾 0.18 / P0. 002) and work shift (尾 0.14 / P0. 008), social support in organizational factors (尾 0.28 / P0.001) and physical hardware environment (尾 0. 13 P0. 02525), work-family conflict among family factors (尾 0. 20 / P0. 001) and the inferiority of family harmony (尾 0. 23 / P0. 001) factors. (P = Characteristics have significant positive predictive effect on psychological symptoms of employees. Conclusion the factors which can predict the mental health of employees are helpful to pay attention to the mental health of employees from work, organization and family.
