右丙亚胺联合心理干预对行含蒽环类药物化疗的乳腺癌患者心脏毒性的防护作用优于单用右丙亚胺

【摘要】：目的探讨右丙亚胺联合心理干预对行含蒽环类药物化疗的对乳腺癌患者心脏毒性的防护作用。方法筛选2014-06-2015-06于河北省唐山市开滦总医院行化疗的乳腺癌患者76例,作为研究对象。所有患者均接受常规多西他赛联合表阿霉素的TE方案化疗,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组患者在TE化疗方案基础上加用右丙亚胺治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上施行心理干预,比较两组患者心脏毒性改善情况。结果两组患者化疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)、心肌钙蛋白T(cTnt)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均较治疗前发生明显改变,但观察组患者改变幅度更小,与对照组化疗后比较存在显著差异,P0.05;观察组患者化疗不良反应检出阳性率明显低于对照组,P0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论乳腺癌患者在常规化疗方案基础上加用右丙亚胺可有效降低化疗药物的心脏毒性,而联合心理干预则可进一步降低心脏功能损伤,对预防化疗不良反应具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of dextroimide combined with psychological intervention on cardiac toxicity of breast cancer patients treated with anthracycline chemotherapy. Methods 76 breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy in Kailuan General Hospital, Tangshan City, Hebei Province were selected from 2014-06 to 2015-06. All patients were treated with conventional docetaxel combined with epirubicin te regimen. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The patients in control group were treated with dextromine on the basis of te regimen. The patients in the observation group were treated with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the improvement of cardiac toxicity between the two groups. Results the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac troponin T (cTnt) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) were significantly changed in both groups after chemotherapy. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P 0.05), and the positive rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the addition of dextromine on the basis of conventional chemotherapy regimen in breast cancer patients can effectively reduce the cardiac toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs, and the combination of psychological intervention can further reduce cardiac function injury and play an important role in the prevention of adverse reactions to chemotherapy.
