干预护理在老年白内障合并青光眼患者围手术期的应用效果研究

【摘要】：目的研究干预护理在老年白内障合并青光眼患者围手术期的应用效果。方法将2015年3月~2016年3月收治的白内障合并青光眼老年患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组。A组行整体干预护理,B组行常规护理。分析两组的手术效果。结果 A组视力≥0.3为45例(84.9%)。B组视力≥0.3为38例(71.7%)。A组视力恢复≥0.3占比高于B组(P0.05)。A组术后并发症发生率为5.7%,B组为15.1%。A组术后并发症发生率低于B组(P0.05)。结论老年白内障合并青光眼患者在围手术期进行干预护理可以提高术后视力恢复效果,减少术后并发症。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of interventional nursing in the perioperative period of senile cataract patients with glaucoma. Methods from March 2015 to March 2016, 106 cases of senile cataract patients with glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B.
