老年晚期肺癌化疗后下呼吸道真菌感染的护理观察

【摘要】：目的探究老年晚期肺癌化疗后下呼吸道真菌感染的临床护理疗效以及护理体会。方法随机选取2015-03-2016-03收治的88例老年晚期肺癌需进行化疗出现下呼吸道真菌感染的患者,1个月前检测患者化疗后下呼吸道真菌感染情况,1个月后给予有针对性的个性化护理,1个月后待患者化疗结束后进行痰菌检测,统计吸呼吸道真菌感染的种类、真菌感染的数量以及临床治疗护理结果,分析导致下呼吸道真菌感染的原因。结果对于老年晚期肺癌化疗后呼吸道真菌感染的种类中白色念珠菌数量最高,其次是光滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌。给予相应的护理治疗后,临床治愈率高。结论对老年晚期肺癌患者进行化疗后需注意保持口腔清洁,密切关注患者肺部变化情况,给予及时有效的对症治疗,有利于患者的康复,可以提高患者的临床治愈率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical nursing effect and nursing experience of lower respiratory tract fungal infection after chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer. Methods 88 elderly patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly selected from 2015-03-2016-03 to have lower respiratory tract fungal infection after chemotherapy. One month before chemotherapy, the lower respiratory tract fungal infection was detected, and a month later, targeted personality was given. After one month of chemotherapy, sputum bacteria were detected after chemotherapy. The types of fungal infections in respiratory tract, the number of fungal infections and the results of clinical treatment and nursing were analyzed, and the causes of fungal infections in lower respiratory tract were analyzed. Results the number of Candida albicans was the highest in the elderly patients with advanced lung cancer after chemotherapy, followed by Candida albicans and Candida krsurolimus. After giving corresponding nursing treatment, the clinical cure rate is high. Conclusion it is necessary to keep oral cavity clean after chemotherapy in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer, pay close attention to the changes of patients' lungs, and give timely and effective symptomatic treatment, which is beneficial to the recovery of the patients and can improve the clinical cure rate of the patients.
