创疡贴治疗压疮的疗效观察及护理体会

【摘要】：目的观察创疡贴治疗压疮的临床疗效,并探讨护理体会。方法将大连市第二人民医院2015年1月-2016年2月收治的54例压疮患者随机分为治疗组(27例)与对照组(27例),其中对照组患者压疮创面采用传统疗法治疗,治疗组患者压疮创面采用创疡贴治疗,观察两组患者创面愈合时间及愈合效果,并探讨护理体会。结果两组患者I期创面平均愈合时间对比,P0.01,差异具有统计学意义;I、Ⅱ期混合创面和Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合创面平均愈合时间对比,P均0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗4周后,治疗组患者的治愈率和总有效率分别为48.15%和96.30%,明显高于对照组的22.22%和70.37%,两组对比,P均0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论创疡贴对不同分期的压疮均有良好的疗效,不仅能明显缩短创面愈合时间,而且操作简便,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Chuangyang paste on pressure sore and explore nursing experience. Methods from January 2015 to February 2016, 54 patients with pressure sore were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 27) and control group (n = 27).
