中国北京市无偿献血者人巨细胞病毒筛查目标人群的选择

【摘要】：目的:在北京市无偿献血人群中寻找人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)抗体阴性比例最高的群组,为特殊临床用血需求建立数据库。方法:随机抽取2518份国家强制性血液筛查项目检测结果合格的无偿献血者血液标本,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)进行HCMV-Ig G抗体检测。对检测结果按献血者不同性别、年龄、文化程度、出生地区进行分析比较。结果:北京市合格无偿献血者HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率为10.68%(269/2518);不同性别相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率男性为11.84%(210/1774),女性为7.93%(59/744);不同年龄段相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率18-25岁为13.51%(181/1340),26-30岁为8.68%(62/714),31-35岁为5.60%(26/464),随着年龄的增长HCMVIg G抗体阴性率逐渐降低;不同出生地区相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率以华北地区京津最高18.59%(50/269);不同文化程度相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率以本科及其以上最高13.52%(86/636)。结论:在北京市无偿献血人群中进行HCMV抗体筛查时,需优先选择出生于华北京津地区、本科及其以上文化程度、18-25岁男性人群。该群体的建立为HCMV抗体筛查策略的建立提供了依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to search for the highest negative group of human cytomegalovirus (HCV) (HCMV) antibodies among the unpaid blood donors in Beijing, and to establish a database for special clinical blood needs. Methods: a total of 2518 blood samples from China's compulsory blood screening items were randomly selected and tested for HCMV-Ig G antibody by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results were analyzed and compared according to gender, age, education level and birth area of blood donors. Results: the negative rate of HCMV-Ig G antibody was 10.68% (269 / 2518) in eligible unpaid blood donors in Beijing, 11.84% (210 / 1774) in male and 7.93% (59 / 744) in female by sex, and 13.51% (181r1340) in 18-25 years old and 8.68% (62 / 714) in 31-35 years old (26 / 464). The negative rate of HCMVIg G antibody decreased gradually with the increase of age. The negative rate of HCMV-Ig G antibody was 18.59% (50 / 269) in Beijing and Tianjin in North China and 13.52% (86 / 636) in undergraduate and above. Conclusion: in the screening of HCMV antibodies among the unpaid blood donors in Beijing, priority should be given to the male population born in Beijing and Tianjin with bachelor's degree or above and 18 to 25 years old. The establishment of this population provides a basis for the establishment of HCMV antibody screening strategy.
